UNITY

WE WILL NEVER FORGET
9/11
Those empty chairs at the dining room tables across our Nation will never be filled; now memories take that seat. Mothers, Dads, Grandparents, Children, Friends
have learned , and lean into each other
as they remember those lost that day
of
9/11
tears will flow when grief triggers are pulled
as
life contiues on, differently than ever before.
BUT now
we can rest knowing
the most evil of the evil
has paid for organizing and implementing
the harm, the hatred, the deaths
of
9/11.
Families, friends, neighbors, communites,
Firefighters, those Police officers,
soldiers, families of those who have died
for our freedom
now
can sleep just a bit easier
knowing
that
Bin Laden will never organize or plot with his terrorists
and laugh at our Nation and citizens again.

Justice is done
Thank-you to those who serve
so that we are free
WE STAND UNITED
just as we did that day
the world stood still
on
9/11
UNITED WE STAND
as
citizens of the
United States of America
We know that
our
President made the decision
and
gave the orders for that strike on that compound.
We'll never know who the skilled marksman was that fired that shot into the side of the face of Bin Laden
BUT
he is to be applauded
given a medal
hell give him a whole shoulder full of medals
and
as much steak and lobster he can eat!

Good morning May 3
a day of promise
a day of
HOPE
and a day of
remembering
that we here in the USA
did not ask to be attacked
we did not ask for war
we did not ask to get involved in those countries
with hostilities
and
generational warfare
we did not expect for such tragedies
to strike our homelands
and to feel such grief/shock and trauma
on that day
that beautiful morning as I remember it
in DC
when all of a sudden
everyone's lives were turned upside down
by terrorists.
BUT
we stood united
in a fast minute once we regain our footing
and went to work
our country would not take such acts of aggression and terrorism
not on our lands!
WE
were
UNITED
and let the world know
that we would not stand for this
attack on American Soil.
This is our land
our Ancestors handed it down to us
and
at that time, as hearts broke, as shock and dismay filled the skies and God wept
along with all of us
many ran to enlist
those Veterans
wanted to re-join even those from WWII.
Folks that could
were first responders; many still suffering the effects of physical and emotional pain
today
from all that was witnessed, all the smells, the toxins that were inhaled and absorbed into the fabrics of the very beings.
BUT
deep in the hearts of those that were the first responders we had to hold the belief
that this evil piece of crap
called Bin Laden would ultimately be found
and
Justice would be served.
Our colors
DO NOT
RUN

Now many will speculate on:
how did DNA come back so quickly
was it really really him
why did we allow him to buried at sea
why didn't we do this or that.
It has started already,
folks trying to slam our President of these
United States already.
Folks just cannot leave it alone
they have to throw blame
doubt and condemn
even our own
commander and chief.
What in the hell is wrong with our
fellow Americans.
Where has the respect of the
leader of our Nation gone
with people?
Do they not realize how this dimishes our very fabric of the flags that fly
and how it appears to those out to harm us?
If we do not stand for and with our
commander and chief
what does that say
about our country as a whole?
I DO NOT CARE
if you are a Replublican a Democrat
a drinker of Tea Parties
or and Independent
when you go to the polls.
I DO CARE DEEPLY
when people so not stand as one
with whoever is occupying that White House
that we all are a part of
in this country
and
have an obligation
to stand alongside and with
as a United Force to be reckoned with
as citizens of
the
United States of America.
Oh yes, you can believe there will be
questions/judgments/second guessings
and
then there will be those that want to know
"why weren't we told of this secret mission and thoughts that they knew where HE WAS"

Well, if ya think about it... if it was told, then it wouldn't have been a "secret mission would it"
and
some things are just better kept between the President of the United States and his forces
is my thinkin.
As for the DNA, I would certainly like to think
they could do that PDQ in the event the leader of Al Qaeda wouldn't you?

So now we can expect increased security at the airports, at the White House
and
just about everywhere for awhile
cos'
those who are zealots will probably want a little bit of retaliation I'm thinkin
and
after all those terrorists are not the sharpest knives in the drawer.
BUT
I honestly believe we are alert enough
bright enough
and
brave enough
to do whatever it takes to
be at the ready
We will not falter and we will not fail.
Terrorists will not be tolerated.
We together are a great country and Nation.

Now my thoughts on this:
and feel free to send them to the
President Obama, secretary of Defense and those marvelous Seals and Marines and the US Marshalls if you like.

But I'm thinkin:
Each and every airport and plane should have
PIGS
on board as security
to walk the isle of the plane, to visit in the
cock-pits as well and to overall just increase our sense of safety. They can be dressed in
RED/WHITE/BLUE
and just be cute as they can be.
It will serve two purposes here in my thinking.
1. Terrorists DO NOT LIKE THE THOUGHT OF PIGS AND DYING WITH PIGS ... cos they will not get to that almighty place where all those virgins are.
2. Little pigs are guaranteed to fly and say "weeeee" all the way to the destination and amuse and delight those who fly!

BUT
make no mistake
 AL QAEDA
or
any other groups who are thinking of doing harm to us or our people or President:

our colors do not run
and
if you come on our soil with intent of harming our citizens it will not be a good thing for you
as
we will not take it.
We are the home of the FREE
because
of
the
BRAVE.

A Virginia Beach-based team of Navy SEALS is credited with finally bringing down Osama bin Laden, the man the United States
(and, well, the world) has been trying to capture for years.
We thank you "TEAM SIX"
we know you are there and will never know where there is or who you are
but
somehow I don' t need to know,
I only know
somehow I feel safer.
Team Six” – a moniker given to the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (or DevGru, for short) – had been undergoing extensive training to ensure that their raids would unfold flawlessly, even practicing their skills in a replicated one-acre compound built on Camp Alpha. DevGru belongs to the Joint Special Operations Command and reports to the President, their missions and training always highly classified. In fact, according to the National Journal, the general public isn’t told about the specifics of team members’ deaths: the weekend’s announcement regarding the capture of one of the world’s most wanted people proves that the group’s work in conjunction with the CIA can yield positive results. Currently, the JSOC is involved in more than 50 operations across several countries, which, all in all, cost the United States $1 billion annually.
The team captured bin Laden in an attack lasted about 40 minutes, during which a total of 22 people were killed or captured. It was reported that Bin Laden died as a result of one shot ... one "between the eyes to the head".

Thank you NAVY SEALS, JOB WELL DONE. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CHESnfjtLI&feature=related

Thank you Ray Charles, nobody will ever sing it like Ray!
Just makes me want to stand up and holler
and listen to it all day long,
yes
I am PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN
and
I thank our President
blessings to him and his family
and
God Bless our troops
their fight to protect us all
so that we may have the enjoyments
of this day
a hot shower
when they do not get to bathe at all.
We have a bed
while they lay on the ground with one eye open and their finger on the trigger.
We have a hot meal if we choose
they have "rations" probably cold.
We have to decide "what should I wear today",
they get to wear the same
US issue with bulk attachments
weighing about 50+ pounds.
We bicker and fuss and complain
on social network sites or with family or friends
about crap that really will not matter in a day or three.
THEY WONDER IF THEY WILL BE ALIVE TO SEE TOMORROW
and
oh by the way
how they would LOVE TO GET A PHONE CALL OUT TO A LOVED ONE OR A LETTER FROM HOME.

Kinda makes you put it in perspective
all the many gifts that are yours doesn't it?
CELEBRATE FRIENDS
this day
it is yours with oh so many choices
yours to make
all because
we live in a country of freedom
because of those willing to fight for us
and
UNITED WE MUST STAND.

Some Gave ALL
All Gave More than we can even imagine
and
I thank you, your families, friends
I appreciate you all
My heart aches
each time a flag draped casket come home
and
I will be the first one
to
STAND BY YOU
always.

Is it me, or anyone else notice that Mr Trump while he makes that throw my name and hair in for the Prez of white house... Notice he has not yet put a few million into Alabama or states of the SouthEast?
Don't think he has sent his children down there to get their hands into some real work for humanity or community either,
but did read about how his trump mansions just keep growing new mansions to the tune of gazillions of dollars.
Maybe some of the folks now without homes could just move into one of those?
Really wanna know what he would be like
and our country under a "dictatorship"
take a look at his show on t.v.
and
see for yourself!
oh boy.

The fire is burning brightly, its embers are hot, the sage is filling the air.
God/Creator hold those in the Southeast against your bosom as they need strength in healing ways, we are with you Southeast
we are sending you HOPE, FAITH,
borrow ours while you are tired and weary.
Please take a look back at yesterdays' blog
and
send some energy, loving light, strength to all those mentioned in yesterdays page.
There is also an address if you can help with the needs in the communites in Dora AL and the surounding areas there so very devastated.

Thank you to those who are serving our country, those who have served, those memories of our service men and women who are now on the other side, and gave all. We will not forget that you cared, that you gave all. Prayers to your families and those that love and treasure your memory.

Monday NEWS

OSAMA BIN LADEN
D E A D
WE WILL NEVER FORGET 9/11

BIN LADEN FOUND
D E A D

C'mon home men and women in Uniform
we sent you there
9 1/2 years ago to find
him, and find him YOU did.
Nope, he wasn't in a cave, a mountain
but in a high stylin compound on the outskirts of town with his "youngest of brides" the property valued at over one million!
Osama Bin Laden
is DEAD
along with his courier and brother and I guess his beautiful bride...
the emotions linked to waking to this news are
many
the remembering of that day on 9/11
the lives lost
the fear that gripped the world
on the day the world stood still
and
the days that followed
the many young men and women that quickly enlisted
to find this man Bin Laden
and all who grieved
all who died
all who stayed in "perceived threat mode" for so very long and weary from responding to the call
and playing it step by step
as we had never ever gone through anything like this before.
Yes it will take some time to process
all of this
and
the reality
the wondering
is he really really dead?
Can we celebrate
now?
Are we dancing on desks on this Monday
and
now hoping and praying that his followers
will
get the message
and
just stop this whole terrorism thing.
I just cant go on now
but will
sit and refelct on the last 9 1/2 years for a bit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AW8puRqE4Sc&feature=related

Be careful US Forces and come home NOW
We Appreciate YOU
We Appreciate YOUR Families
WE WANT YOU HOME

...

WE WILL NEVER FORGET 9/11

~ ` ~

and for your humor today
just imagine
yesterday was glorious out there
on Lake Tarpon
those Eagles just dazzled us
and
protected us
they did!
AND
I managed my first
celebratory
FLIP
from the bow of the boat!
Yep
DOC still has it kids!

Wherever you are
whatever you are doing
do it with all you got!

Sundays' Prayers and Thoughts for the Southeast

Brothers/Sisters
in
The SouthEast States
WE
are thinking about you all
OUR
arms around you, joining with you
in the pain of losses unimagined
OUR
hearts are heavy
as we bear witness to that you are walking
through
as we see the films roll
hear the tears and angst of the interviews
and
the photographs
and
the stories
of tragedy
and
loss
May you find comfort in knowing
we are with you in spirit
holding your hearts close and tenderly
wrapping you in the warmth of our concern
and
The energies of
the Universal Oneness
of the
God Within all of us
is standing strong
United
and
sending you
LIGHT
LOVE
STRENGTH
HOPE
FAITH
as you awaken today
and
We pray for those who are lost
by this unbelievable tragedy of nature.

I have been told that little communities and towns are "flattened", "gone", in Alabama.
Much of
Tuscaloosa
All of
Sipsey Alabama
Smithfield, Cordova, Hacklesburh, Hueytown
Alabama

This woman, was known by someone who has let me know of what is happening there,
and
she was all set to retire after a career of helping others in her community:
Her Name
Nancy Wilson, 34 years working in the profession of helping others; a party scheduled to honor her for her service. She was retiring so that she could be a full time caregiver of her Mom who has a terminal illness.
She died when a tree fell into her home from the brutal storms
the day before she was to be honored at the public library.

Dance in the galaxies
Ms. Wilson, your work here now is done...
Sheri Reese, a fan of Lily The Black Bear
is there, her daughter is there as well
both are devastated
but now in action.
They are now working hard to find and to provide necessary things in the community
and
are working with
some remarkable folks
and
asking that donations
or
things to help
be sent directly to:
THE BOY SCOUTS
AT THE
1ST BAPTIST CHURCH OF DORA ALABAMA
ATTN: TORNADO RELIEF
1440 SHARON BLVD
DORA AL 35062
(205) 648-9006

"We are taking our donations of diapers, food, water, feminine needs, pet foods etc. The boy scouts are running this for the church and are getting stuff where it is needed in some of the small towns which we fear will be overlooked by ARC and perhaps others

So then,
there ya go, from someone who is there
in the middle of the flattened and battered towns, communities, and heartaches,
in the midst of the walking wounded
and those who are still in shock
numbed with their pain and disbelief
that so much could happen within minutes.

Sheri Reese also tells me this:

Also, if you could remember the family of Maggie Enlow in Hacklesburg AL. She has lost several family members including her cousin who had a two week old baby. The town of Hacklesburg is almost flattened. Her family lost many of their homes. Amazingly, there are a couple of family members whose homes are standing and the family is gather there. We are trying to help them as soon as we can get in with supplies. We know a family whose home is destroyed. They are the Palladinos, Tommy and Tiffany and children. Just pray for us all here in the south. If we were not hit by the tornadoes we are hit in our hearts with the devastation and emotionally trying to find help and get things into people. The above church is small, not red tape, they will get things to some of the small towns around them. I'll volunteer to shop for them."

Yes
Sheri Reese, Wendy, The Family of Maggie Enlow, The Mother, family and friends of
Nancy Wilson
and all those
who have died
lost loved ones in the SouthEast
and those
survivors

We are STANDING BY AND FOR YOU
TODAY
and in the days and months to come
with prayers, thoughts,
with
HOPE through the heartaches
for healing
for re-building
of your communities
your homes
your
spirit
and
faith
and
in knowing
that those who lost their lives
in those moments of the storms
are with you now
present and beside you with each beat of your heart
giving you all that you will ever need
to do all that is needed
with the strength and wisdom
to know
that you will never be alone.

May you feel the Creators presence and may it calm you now after the storm
allow others to help, to minister to your shock, your pain and your great sadness.
AND
I spoke with another young woman who told me that
a tornado came through her town
in Alabama
and the tornado came down in her hometown
but no one in her family was harmed
their home left intact
although 140 homes around them were destroyed.
She said that
The AMERICAN RED CROSS
were out in force
feeding more than 600 meals three times a day
in that community,
they were all out in force rendering aide
those disaster health volunteers.
This young woman said her parents
were making pallets on the floor to house
those who lost everything
and that
another woman and child
looked through ruins
and salvaged one of the child's sneakers
but
homes were opening their doors
to others in the communities
making pallets on their floors
and
feeding them
finding them clothing to wear
and providing them shelter
and
arms to wrap around them while holding their pain
as if it were their own.
THE AMERICAN RED CROSS
1-800-RED-CROSS
To donate
to Volunteer
To Donate
And from one
Disaster Mental Health Mananger
DSHR
I will tell you this:
Those who volunteer as
the ones who respond
who answer the call
and "go there, provide care, man the ervs,
and
provide care, water, supplies, helping hands"
THANK YOU ARC
and those volunteers
for your sacrifices
and the love you give so freely to so many!
I AM CONTINUALLY AMAZED AT THE RESILIENCY OF
THE HUMAN SPIRIT
GOD/CREATOR BLESS THE FOLKS
OF THE UNITED STATES

Let us celebrate those who have survived, give them the courage to move forward, to know that "things" are things... it is life that we celebrate.
Emotion is motion.
STOMP

We stand with you in spirit today across the globe
all who enter and stand here as warriors

May you find comfort in knowing we are with you always:

Who was a survivor, a man of great strength and  a war hero, a friend and mentor... We will miss him always and love him dearly...  "I get Misty" was one of his favorites and oh how he loved Sinatra...

Today;;; we remember those who we have lost to all disasters and those we miss so:
