Thank you Dr. Sherry, I feel that the words you are saying you are saying directly to me and I say so true, so true! But what does one do when in a situation for so long, not even in one of those direct professions, but ones life gets to the point that one doesn't know what to do or has the energy, or UMPH, to even figure out what to do because it has been too long?? Dr. Sherry, tomorrow 3/13 is the one year anniversary of my Mom's death and it has been a tough few days and thinking about a year ago tomorrow is very sad.
