Rain, Snow, Chill and oh yes, the Flu

Ah yes, I remember putting my hands in the snow on travel last year!

Brrr, as I hear of folks in that white and most beautiful snow up North and out west.

Those -7 degree temps and the icicles I used to marvel at and use as popcicles long ago.

Here today I came out to the computer and remarked,

"I feel rain" and oh boy just in an instant

as if asking for it, the rains began, falling as if on command, with a bit of chill to the air!

Less we forget the states now covered in red to indicate this years FLU that seems to have folks being treated outside in the parking lots of some ER's as there seems to be no room in the Inn of hospitals now.

Oh my, the weather, the bug of January is hitting hard.

Prayers going up and strong to all that are ill, all that are feeling under the weather and those who are plain out sick.

I believe it is about 57 days til' spring.

Prayers going up to all as we savor this Sunday, as we embrace the warmth of our homes our love of family, friends and hold tight to hope.

 May the day find you well, find you with a smile, find you not disappointed by the actions of others or hurts.
