May you always have a shell in your pocket and sand in your shoes!
While there is still snow falling in places around our country, still frost in the air and a cold front blowing in, remember that the sun lives within and the warmth of hearts will take you where no one else can... The warmth of spring will find us, it will find its way I just know that it will as liquid sunshine is about to cover us here and the winds are gently blowing it in from the Gulf of Mexico, and folks in Michigan say it is cold cold cold and our friend in Colorado is praying for the snow to ease up and the roads to clear for another arduous trip to Denver to those specialists on a long journey tomorrow...
Remember to vote for her daily on the win for a mobility van to make things easier and enhance her quality of life as those trips take the toll, and the ability for all of us to make a difference only takes a few moments of time!

Vote each and every day and ask those you know to join us!
For today, I wish you sunshine, warmth, good things to surround you and the desire to pay it forward to those you see in small and big ways as you move into this day slowly... may the feelings of the Creator surround you as we think of others and give thanks for all we have and have the ability to be!
blessings to all, and for those who need us as we remember:
"You determine your own honor, or lack of honor, by staying true to your own beliefs and living according to your own code of honor. Your personal honor is determined internally by your own commitment to live up to your predetermined ethics. It is your intentions and your actions which determine your honor, not what someone else thinks. The true warrior, who lives by a code of honor, will have very few regrets in life because s/he will know that he has done the best that he can to live a life of honor with truth and purity of intention."
Prayers are going up for Master Trooper Junius A. Walker, aka The General and those who respected and loved him. Job well done sir, we thank you.
Life is precious, those in blue, in red, representing our country are serving US each and everyday. We are never stronger or a greater people than when in the service to others... as we remember this hero, let us also remember to care deeper, to act kinder and to pay it forward.
The fire is lit, the embers are hot and sage is in the air... Prayers goin up for all who gather and for;
Those who have survived and are finding their way through "The Thick Dark Fog" of the Native American Boarding schools and into their lives, [thank you Walter Littlemoon and Jane Ridgeway for bringing this into such a large world of healing ways],

Hello Dr. Sherry and friends. I hope you are enjoying a peaceful Sunday. Yes, I know Spring will be here sometime but not her in Michigan yet. It is in the low 40s, cloudy and snow forcast for tomorrow. Oh Spring, where are you.... I do hear the musical Spring birds the last week and the daylight is lasting longer. Thank you for all your prayers as listed. So many folks in need of daily prayers.
Take care friends and may the sun be shining warm on you today.
/Sandy♥
