Blessings as the Sun Comes UP

Wow, IT's Labor DAY Now!
Sunday Morning has passed!

S/He Did it again;
just looked and here comes that sun!
It's rising up...

Blessings to all who gather here this morning; all whose names you will read
and
those being thought of here, there,
and
everywhere around the globe.
May this day give all that is needed
along the journey
to
"rise up"
to want to heal, to STAND, to fight the battles that seem at times overpowering
and that are often standing head to head with you...
Many are out on the roads this weekend;
please be careful, look carefully around you as you move into this
weekend;
Some are having the greatest weekend ever out and about; even our warrior Irene has reported in from the Big island!
While others are walking a difficult path with big decisions now;
some physical, some end of life, some
floating back with traumas
and now having to decide
to "rejoin the dance of life"
and
still others
 are struggling now
and others
seem to have difficulty
in feeding the right wolf ...
Much is happening;
but
may it provide you comfort along with strength to know
many here are thinking of you
while
others will light a candle for you,
still others will hold you in prayer
and
others will hold you hand in hand
along their own journey or path.
The Universal Connection of compassion, kindness and energy here is strong;
each leaning in
while continuing to stand strong
for and with each other
during times of sadness; times of uncertainty and times of need.
Warriors of gentle spirits gather here
and
today
all will be gathered in the circle of prayer
all
will be held in the strength of healing ways
in right way relations.
Together we
stand strong
knowing that
the Universal Oneness within
is one of light and love
and
that
is
healing;
that is
rising up like the brilliance of the sun.

Matt Graham of
Giles County VA
(cuzzie Ang's friends there)
is
HOME FROM KUWAIT
Welcome home soldier,
hope you enjoyed seeing
those
VA TECH HOKIES
do their "thang"
and just dance all over that field
yesterday with their big win!
Talk about "gobbling up their opponent"!
The 'Fam'
is making memories down in
NC this weekend
and making huge splashes in a pool
is Kamryn
when he is not drumming I am told!
But then again,
I saw a photo where it looks like
he is also practicing drowning
COB!
Memories are just "priceless"
as are those
"good great times"
DONT BLINK
the choices we make
and
the memories we make
are just ...
well
nuff said!
BUT
sure am glad he is a basketball playa
cos
don't think I could take
"those eyes"
of him as a drummer!!!

The prayer bowl is going here now; the fire is burning,

the sage is lit,
the prayers and many thoughts are going up and filling the air,

for all who enter here and may who do not know that here is here or where is where today...

FOR: those around the country and in the many decisions being made for those being held in prayer, we are with you/
As we now hear so many of the stories of the lives lost at 9/11; hear the stories of those who will attend the memorial ceremonies and those who were NOT invited...
 WE WILL NEVER FORGET 9/11
Blessings and continued prayers to those who hold the pain of loss, the memories, sights, smells, of that day the world stood still.

Feel deeply each beat of your heart knowing that we are here only for this moment and life is fragile, oh how we need to remember that/

We have right here right now to make it right with all living things knowing we are all interconnected n the Universe.

WE HAVE THIS DAY... words and actions get imprinted on the heart, on the nervous systems of those we meet, greet and those we love.

KINDNESS is something that we all can do more with; treat those you love along with the ones that love you well. There is never a time, never a moment when poor treatment of those you love is ok, so be certain... that this moment is embraced, is savored like a good meal with love and tenderness.

it is never ever out of style, out of vogue and its benefits are tremendous.

Enjoy this day as we enjoy the beauty of a butterfly that graces us with its presence on a fabulous day!
Wado!
STOMP with great HOPE and HAPPINESS for this day it is yours, and for that I am grateful, aren't you!
Know that there are some powerful warriors on this page and in the next place along with some Powerful angels ~ and together we have banded together with the energy, love and support to facilitate healing and hope for so many along their journey...
"I find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest. I do not judge the universe." Dalai Lama
Whatever it is that is happening in your thoughts, in your world, in your life... whatever battle you may be involved in, get out there and find what you need to fight it, to stare life in the face and to know
YOu are a warrior. Put on your warpaint, and stand up and FIGHT..

"Find a place (inside) where there's joy, and the joy will burn out the pain." -- Joseph Campbell

YOU MUST REMEMBER TO BREATHE and then do the work needed!
The fire is burning brightly, the embers are hot and the sage is drifting into the air, with prayers being sent to all in the prayer bowl and many who are not. You know who you are and you are being thought of ...

That is the HOPE in Healing Heartaches ~

WE will NEVER FORGET. Thank you Dr SES for your service as a FIRST RESPONDER. I was in Canada when the plane struck. I remember cell phones were down or limited for several days. I was SURE you would be there. Long before I got to speak with you I just felt sure that you were already on site. Sure enough.
I remember too being glued to the TV as we awaited clearance to cross the border several days later when it reopended. I remember the acrid smell of smoke that scorched our throats as we made our way down the East Coast to return to Washington DC, my home.
I recall seeing you ashen gray after all night
shifts at the Pentagon. Dirty, hungry, worn out, and yet you returned night after night because there were others there that needed the support and counsel you provided. I know too that you have a unique perspective on service and am proud to call you my friend.

Sunday, SUNDAY !, n o t..... no sun here.
As I look at the date above, I am reminded that one week from today, just about NOW we all changed with the event. Bless the angels who woke up that morning, never thinking it would be their last hours on earth. Bless the HELP, first responders, medical personnel off site, just bless everyone, darn it!
The " why " of it still haunts me, but the mark of 10 years, worries me. Perhaps the news media are hyping again. Hope not.
I will STOMP, not blink, raise my flag & fist.
I will stay strong and FIRM on U. S. soil.

So many words today, talking to the heart, feeling emotion as I did ten years ago. The fear of the happening and the fear of the unknown days tore at my heart then and the memories so difficult. So many lives, so many things, so much happened in just one day and then the following days. I believe most of America was in shock and stayed in shock for a very long time. So much, so much! My prayers for those there that did not walk away, prayers for those that did and all the families. Prayers for the first responders how I can not imagine that you will never forget that time, that hour, that sound, the smells. May God continue to Bless those and Bless us.

Prayers for all those listed here as I read each one this morning. Whatever you are going through this day may you feel God's hand on your shoulder and knowing that there are many that care and hold you in our prayers.
Prayers for all who come her this day. A Blessed place to come, sit, read, be touched and knowing people truly care and reach out to so many.
Be safe my friends through the next few days. Have a grand time with family

God Bless - Sandy♥

What a wonderful blog today, as usual! Thank you for the inspiring words! Can I add my Dad, Allan, and Mom, Lynda, to you list? Dad has dementia from encephalitis, and Mom is his constant caregiver and does an amazing job but they both could use all the prayers and good thoughts available! Have a beautiful weekend, and thank you for all you do! I look forward to hopefully hearing you speak again in the future, so I watch to see when you may be traveling for you KC events!
