did I mention it sure is good to be drinking it

at home.

The littles are still sleeping in

they have not adjusted their clocks it seems.

and this picture was a rare catch as

Hope and Lily ventured outside the den

leaving the dens alone for a moment!

They are so tiny!

But oh what a great pair of lungs they do have.

How is your week starting out?

Are you just having the time of your life out there?

I sure hope so.

I know of some who are busy preparing for moves to new and exciting places. My heart is with them along with the adrenalin that a move requires from us.

It is scary packing up and moving to a new place

not to mention the out right energy it takes

to do it.

I know of others who are making life changing decisions that will affect change in all spheres of their lives; I met some of them in MN.

They are ready to leap, to move into new arenas with their skills and gifts, they are making decisions

and standing on the ledge and edges of life

as it whispers

"come closer, and fly"

Life is filled with challenges it seems.

Challenges viewed as "opportunities"

and

often

feeling overwhelmed in or during times of

stress whether good or bad

stress is stress.

Leaving us weak in the knees

after that adrenalin rush

even in the best of times I think.

Perhaps it is a good idea to buy a bottle of bubbles

to have on hand;

at least they remind you to

breathe deeply

and then

after all you get to see the lovely

bubbles that your breath has made to happen

as they float and remind you of

"awe and wonder"

all created by your breath!

It takes but seconds to shift your

focus and change your state

and that is about how long it takes

to take a deep breath

and blow a beautiful group of bubbles

then watch with amazement as they float

into the air.

Just like that

you find you can handle any mountain, and new challenge, and new opportunity

or new venture

with all your skills and passions

with a calmness

that perhaps was not there before.

Try not to get wrapped up in the

expectations of others,

after all

they are not walking in your footsteps

they do not know your path.

Only you know that,

and you know

you are doing the best you can do

so

hold your head up

and

feel pride in ownership of

what you are doing.

May this day be one that shows you the best in others

and

that you show the best of YOU

to self and those around you.

With each breath make it mindful.

Take a moment for only you

to remind you

of the

wonder of

YOU.

Through the eyes of the eagle you can see with the vision of greatness the whole and magnificent view

that is filling you up right here and right now.
