blessings to all

"Our Ancestors depended on each other to survive, to thrive" Perhaps we need to dig deep, to listen hard to their messages know that come on the winds, through the trees and in our hearts;

 to depend on that knowledge and their messages sent even now and allow them

 to heal us,

 to give us strength

 to move on, to stand straight and to know,

we

are survivors,

 and we choose to thrive.

Like the great willow

we may bend but we will not be broken.

Good morning friends on this Sunday morning

as

the coffee is hot and good,

the day about to begin for many

while others around the globe are in full swing.

Many are waking

renewed, with new understandings

new

Passion for their lives

many are making great decisions today

while others are

laid back in Sunday mode.

Whatever you are doing

and wherever you are,

I wish you all that you dare to dream

and

HOPE to be.

Blessings and right way relations for all as

the fire bowl is fired up,

the sage is filling the air this morning

with prayers

on the winds.

as they move through this day

with the beauty of spirit and gentle winds to caress their spirits and heal their souls.
