HOW TO BENEFIT FROM HAVING YOUR OWN COPY OF: HEALING HEARTCHES, STORIES OF LOSS AND LIFE

Just "hangin' out"
HOPING & WAITING
SPRING IS AROUND THE CORNER

Last night around 12:25 the last comment says:
"How do those teeny itty bitty seeds buried in darkness find their way to the light", and I laughed out-loud~

Yesterday I received an email from a reader that said, "With all that is happening in the world and the now tragedy in Chili, "how can we have hope",and I replied,"We Must Always Have Hope".

~~~
So this morning I will quote MC Hammer in a "tweet" that he often makes on Twitter,
"Well, he did it again! He brought the sun up! And I am thankful to be alive!" And I echo MC's feelings this morning as I realize the sun is coming up earlier each morning to greet those of us who are blessed to be here once again to see it.
So how do those seeds find their way from the darkness into the light~ ~ ~
Just like the rest of us I guess! They have moments of great struggle along with moments of amazing grace and growth! From the darkness into the spectacular light!
Sometimes we have to as my friend Tink says, "just hang out" and wait.
But we must never, never ever give up on HOPE... Always hope, always remember HOPE.
Whether or not we know it; hope is our most constant friend. We would be fooling ourselves if we did not HOPE the journey we are on will take us to a different and better place ~
Read Healing Heartaches? What was a "hopeful one sentence that you found there?
In the hardest of times, hope waits when all else appears to have moved on or moved away. Even then, hope is a light strong enough to allow us to see that we can hold life together. Like a willow in the wind, hope can and often does keep souls from breaking... it provides a lens to see more clearly when our vision is skewed by circumstance or sorrow.
We cannot say anything is hopeless when so much depends on seeing beyond our pain. HOPE is a part of our very soul, our being with it the journey of our very essence through and in life continues.
You may at times feel as though you have lost your way, maybe lost your hope... dig a little deeper, hold on, trust that you have not lost your hope. It is there, hanging on and hanging out~ It is waiting for YOU to return to the dance of life. Waiting for YOU ... just like an old friend.
"If a person loses anything and goes back and looks carefully for it, he/she will find it" {Sitting Bull}
Today I send healing energy across the wind and prayers of strength and hope... and so for that I give thanks, and so it is! Wado...
Beautifully written. Even the worst circumstances can change with time alone. Add to that our own efforts to move forward into a better lighter space and we can be sure that our worse days, moments, will pass. The age old saying, this too shall pass comes to mind. Hope is what propels us forward. Hope for tomorrow, hope for relief, hope for what is to come. You are right... NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. There are reassurances all around us. The sun DOES come up, the birds return, the greening of the spring... Hopelessness is miserable. It's a dark, low place to spend this moment. This one moment that each of us are experiencing here and now. So appreciate that. Be present in THIS moment. Spend it appreciating the miracles that are within reach. with a grateful heart, hopelessness will be diminished. Hoping everyone has a peaceful and beautiful day.
Kinda sounds like our Dear Dr. SES needs to remind us all of the Donalewega tale, it's really very precise about how you (like the seed) must just sit with it (the dirt) until you can gain the strength and energy to widdle your way out to the light of day! Peace and Hope til then...
How very important and instrumental to simply allow ourselves to "hang out." To simply be still, to rest. Way back when, in the days of the "blue laws" everything was closed and we just hung out every Sunday. Imagine that!
It's when we take to time to be really still, to just sit with the dirt and really absorb all the nutrients in the very rich soil, that the seed covering chooses to break open and chooses to grow towards the light. So, on this Sunday, I for one, need to just sit quietly, absorb nutrients, and just hang out. ONLY, then can the soil of my soul become rich, fertile ground to continue healing myself as well as sharing Healing Heartaches with others. I acknowledge some may need to be busy "doing" today. But if you need to just "hang out," you are not being lazy. You are taking care of YOU!
Wintry Winds do not feel like hope, but the winds carry seeds, prayers, and healing energy.
Thank you.
Beautiful Blog - Heartfelt comments
Two Questions:
One of the comments mentions "Donalewega tale."
Never heard of it, so I googled it. This is the very first time ever that I have googled something and it had NO RESPONSE....it did not even say, " did you mean D________."
Usually you get pages and pages and pages.
Looking to be enlightened....but I will just hang and wait.
Another question:
When you use the email address that starts info.....are the emails read by the person who writes this blog or are they screened by an assistant, secretary, or somebudy else?
I do apologize if these are "stupid questions."
It is very windy where I am, but oh the moon has the most glorious aura. There is always something to appreciate.
WINTER MOON ~ Nothin quite as magical,
question 1 ~ wont find a "donelewega" in the dictionary! BUT, it is a Cherokee greater circle of healing ~ and what I called my gathers for community that have been held all over Pinellas County and DC area ~ Circle of Community (speaking of issues on loss/healing)
questions 2 ~ I read all mail at info@ and respond to it as well. Sometimes an asst answers speaking engagement requests if I am on travel.
The wind has been soooo cold in Florida
Thanks for writing, blessings to you!
THIS COMMENT IS TO THE LADY IN ASHVILLE, N. C. WHO ASKED LADIES IN HER BOOK CLUB ABOUT HEALING HEARTACHES AS THE NEXT SELECTION , AND HER ANSWER WAS I THINK WE DONT NEED A DEPRESSING BOOK AND OF COURSE WOULD JUST KNOW THIS FROM SONEONE WHO DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE BOOK, BUT MADES THE FINAL SAY ON SELECTIONS. HEY LADY, YOU OF ALL PEOPLE SHOULD READ THE BOOK, YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED SOME OF THE WISDOM FROM THE BOOK HEALING HEARTACHES. I WOULD GUESS ALL OF YOU LITTLE PRETTY LADIES ARE SITTING AROUND A TABLE READING. I WOULD BET EACH OF YOU HAVE LOST A DEAR ONE, BE HUSBAND, FAMILY OR FRIEND. I AM HERE TO TELL YOU, READ THE BOOK AND IF YOU ARE PUT HERE TO JUDGE THEN DO SO, OF COURSE ALL OF US WHO HAVE ANY EDUCATION AT ALL KNOWS WE ARE NOT PUT HERE TO JUDGE. I WOULD SAY TO YOU DO YOUR HOME WORK BEFORE YOU TAKE ONE PERSON WORD YOU DONT NEED THE DEPRESSING BOOK. WHAT A SHAME FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE THAT REMARK WHO HAS NOT READ THE BOOK. MAYBE SOMEONE WITH A LITTLE MORE INTELLIGENCE SHOULD BE THE ONE TO SELECT THE BOOKS FOR YOUR WONDERFUL, PRECIOUS CLUB. GOOD LUCK ON THAT ONE.
To the author of Healing Heartaches and the one who is having the COB survey. I have come up some of the meaning of COB. Bet one of these will fit, if not I will keep trying. How about, CROCK OF BALONEY, CERTIFIABLE OR BRILLANT, CRUMPLED OL' BAG. What do you think readers? More will come
I know I do not have a sense of humor...but this must be a joke.
Maybe you need to get a sense of humor. Have some fun, what does it mean? Come on be creative. This may last for a long time. No joke, just figure out what COB means. I am game.
