Take a good deep breath, exhale... look around and send a message to your brain of HOPE! Choose your words with intention, with mindfulness and then remember how marathon winners do it. One step at a time, they cross the finish line! Some break the ribbon, while others continue on and are cheered at the finish line... Each continue on, at their pace with some exceeding their own limits of what they think is possible and all have the mind set on what they have programmed it to do and to believe... one step at a time with hope, with mindfulness and with intention!
Words are powerful, they either drive us or they stop us in our tracks... or they can just plain out make for a bad day not just for us, but for those we meet along the path!
For example,
... "Hello, how are you?" ... Response, "ok or good, or omg I have a headache from hell."
...
Replay:
"Hello there! How in the world are you doing, it's great to see you *or not*! ... Response, "I am blessed/I am great!" or,
I have a headache today, but I am moving it along with the hope that it will soon pass".
...
Can you feel the difference as you read this?
...
Our brains are sitting and waiting for our commands; all of those neurotransmitters are just firing into action as we utter the words and the movement to give us what we say and brilliant minds just would give anything to harness their potential for the next great thing or discovery! Even Apple cannot make the fastest computer to compete with the brain that lives between your ears... nor could Bill Gates in his brilliance. YOU comb/brush/or massage your heads, yet seldom look in that mirror and consciously think about the brilliance that is right there in front of you beneath the scalp...
It is time, beyond time to re-train and to give consistent messages to that most remarkable brain that will enhance your life and those you encounter on the journey.
Words can empower and enhance your life in ways that only you will know once you begin the journey!
I'm good >>> I am fantastic
I'm having a ok day today>>> I am having an excellent day.
I'm alright>>> I am OUTSTANDING
It's a nice day>>> It is the best day ever
The sun is out>>> I am outshining the sun
Boy is it cold>>> Oh my that chill is stimulating all living things!
YOU ARE ELECTRIC and those neurotransmitters are just flying through you... awaiting your command and are taking off ...
When you give your brain mixed messages, do not be surprised when you continue to get mixed results!
I asked folks at the Guardian Angel Hospice to think of their names and to also think of a word that they could use for their name, for them... It was difficult for most, as I wanted a word that was empowering a word that the brain would massage and get used to, that would feel good when falling off the tongue!
They had great fun with that after a bit, and came up with some real beauts!
Dynamic was one of the founding Mother, and funny as it also was the word of her assistant! They should have great times seeing whose heads turn the most now yes?
Exquisite was another and then a nurse came up to me later with this one:
"supercalifragilous de expielodocious" and I didn't dare ask her to spell it for me as I signed her copy of Healing Heartaches! She said it made her laugh when she said it... How tremendously delicious is that?
Stunny, spectacular, exquistite, dynamic, passionate, beautiful, stunning, outrageous, giggles, delectable, savoring, resonate, and the list continues ...
Choose your words, say them with intention, live your days in calm in chaos with mindfulness.
Have a wicked cool Thursday dear ones and May the Creator Bless you with humor, with joyous noise and with remembering your way to right way relations.
A shout out of great gratitude to Hospice and Healthcare Communications speakers Bureau and Diane Gray for leading me to GUARDIAN ANGEL HOSPICE....
and to Guardian Angel Hospice,
I thank you for your authenticity, your warmth, your welcome, and for those who actually stood in lines to speak to me, to hug me until we meet again, I am honored and I thank you.
Take best care of yourselves, and outshine the sun darlings! This was on their banner from the Foundation and I was "tickled to life" as I later said, "oh my those look like Michael Jordan Flight school shoes and wings, or Harley Davidson"... We all got grand laughs as I still think to myself what a great image, as many walk with those wings on, but at least none looked like that old emblem of FTD flower delivery... haha
Yes, WE are the wings of support and they indeed are doing some great things in 23 counties up there in Indiana! They are now planning their fundraiser for a Mardi Gra...

Well Hello Dr. Sherry. So happy that you had a grand time there in Indiana with Guardian Angel Hospice. I love their banner! I also love the little game of words you had and I chose my word for me and it is SUPERFANTABULISTIC. So, Sandy is indeed Superfantabulistic today!☺ I like that word and it makes me smile and chuckle saying it. I hope you rested well last night and having a grand day today. Pretty busy here today in my Superfantabulistic job so have to run. Is it full moon time on the way? Yikes! Been pretty strange here the last few days! You know how that is when it is a full moon at the hospital.
Just wanted to say hello and hope all our frends are having a wonderful day also. /Sandy♥
This really answered my problem, thank you!

Hey! Quick question that's totally off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly?
My blog looks weird when browsing from my iphone 4.
I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be
able to resolve this issue. If you have any suggestions, please share.
With thanks!
