Don't Like IT?

Just saying
If
YOU don't like something
then
DON'T DO IT
><
It's really not complicated is it!

Good morning Saturday
Good Afternoon Saturday
Good evening Saturday

Well now that we've accomplished that

HOW IN THE WORLD ARE YA?

I saw that sign and just thought to myself
well now that about
says it better than
I ever could!

I am home from a great trip to
NEBRASKA and IOWA
where I was just pleased as pleased could be
to meet some lovely folks!

The days got much better
as
those seats and tables were filled with people
and
with their energies
as we spent time together!
I was grateful for my
"cuddle duds"
cos ohhh boy was it chilly out there in the
WEST!
><
I've had a lot of folks stop by and read my thoughts on
"The Words of Some Are Brilliant"

I guess that is a good thing!
It is interesting as many times folks don't need to comment
on a thought but you know they are reading
and
from reading thoughts are processed
and
shared!
I've been told that many not always like the truth
and sometimes the truth is painful
as
we all plug in and tune in and share thoughts and opinions
that then go out into cyber space
never again to be retrieved.
Sometimes tempers run amuck in the world of computers
and the energy gets out there
in jagged ways
and
grudges get held
when
if we sit and think about it we realize we don't even know what got us all jacked up in the first place
nor do we really even know if the person we were upset is
really the person we thought they were at all!
That is the funniest part of it
when you peel the onion and truly get to the core;
I've realized that on the magic of
Facebook many many people have
"fake identities"
or many many aliases!
You may be thinking all along you know someone
only to find out months or a year later
that the view and opinions
expressed are not even the person you
came to call a pal or even a friend!
WOW
that is amazing isn't it?
Some have told me that they have invested
time, tears, laughter
and
then came to find out
they the person or persons they did all this
was
someone they would not break bread with
and
did not resemble anything like the person
they thought they had known!
Learning a lot to late
at times
takes us aback.
Judgments and fears and fights and ugliness
all that could have been avoided
had
we been mindful
had
we been kind
had
we remembered the "golden rule"
of how we live our lives.
This takes me back to the picture above
...
It really is quite simple.
We have men and women and service dogs
FIGHTING FOR OUR VERY FREEDOMS
laying it all down
and
we in turn lay down in our warm beds at night,
enjoy our TV
our
internet
our
cell phones
our
homes.
...
We are free because of the BRAVE
WE
have choices with each breath we take.
I do not remember
that anyone
all of a sudden
decided we were
the one
to
JUDGE anyone
...
But
I do know this;
we all walk in our own foot steps
we ALL
walk our own path,
and
have our own heart beat.
IF you have a beef with someone,
it's time to settle it or walk away from it.
What is the point
of
folks making others feel bad
wishing them ill
sending them messages of ridiculous
judgment and accusations
when
kindness and understanding and gentleness
will get you to heaven a whole lot easier
someday
and
living here right here right now
will be a whole lot more fun
and
make you feel a whole lot better
physically, emotionally, spiritually!~!!

So,
If you
DON'T LIKE IT

DON'T DO IT

Is the message of the day!

Thanks to all in Nebraska and Iowa
for a great tour
and
to those of Frontier Airlines
it was a hoot
and a great flight!
For my pal in the front isle seat on Frontier last night
I enjoyed you immensely
thanks for the laughs
and
indeed
the Village was missing one of its own!!!
Be safe out there sir, you are a joy!

WELCOME HOME !!
It is a beautiful FL day to welcome you, hopefully you'll have time to kick back a bit and enjoy.
I liked the thoughts you wrote of,

we all have choices, we all have differences and surely have the right to voice our opinion. I don't believe we have the right to coerce, bully or impose our opinions on others. I was raised , gratefully, with the golden rule of " IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY ,keep it to yourself, or at the very least, think before you speak. Being hurtful, judgemental, and just plain mean are not acceptable behaviors to me.I would say that I certainly have many faults but I pride myself by wearing my true colors.. what you see is what you get... fine by me if you don't like me, just leave me be and I am happy.
I value the cherished friends which accept me for all that I am , they have tolerance all aspects of my intricate self. In the past few weeks, hearing all the political b.s. all over the media, I am reminded how important it is to be true to yourself,I think the political wannabes could learn alot by reading today's words.. the world would certainly be a healthier place if we all honored and accepted each other's differences...
okay, sorry for the the ramble...LOL..
Iowa and Nebraska in the dead of winter ?? You are a brave one, and I am sure you are delighted to feel the sunshine's warmth today.
Day off here, mulling over the month beind me, catching my breath, realizing I am thankful for all that is.. Pool time, tending to my new "mater" plants and playing music to soothe the spirit. Could not have a better plan for the day.
I am happy you made it back safely, it was a great read with my morning coffee... Gotta get a move on, but first want to wish all our friends here a peaceful and bountiful day.
Sending thoughts of happiness to all... and again, Thanks Doc, for being here for us. You gave us some great thoughts to poder today.

Hi Sherry, Hi everyone, on this "oh-so-beautiful" sunny day here in FLA. Powerful words on your welcome back blog. I do read, don't always comment on the topic, but try to stay true, kind and honest. The web can be a cruel and instant place where you cannot un-ring that bell.
Similar to sign me A's motto: I am ME, take it or leave it, accept me or ignore me, it's all the same.
