 Good Sunday greetings everyone and everything from a chilly Florida!

Yes, it is chilly in the sunshine state as a cold front has come in with temperatures dipping near the frosty line here.

Oh goodness, the fires are blazing and the 4 leggeds are filled with energy as they play NASCAR this morning a bit to close to the edge of the pool for my liking!

I'm thinking they are on their own if I hear a "splash/kaplunk" on this day of "Brrrr" here in my sunshine state!

Oh the news from Maryland was bad and good.

The bad news went from a crime of opportunity and theft of a parent's car in front of the hotel, to our team of NRV Elite balling hard against what appeared to be giants on the court and also older than our boys.

They went 0 for three over the weekend!

Win some lose some is the saying.

Yet, the great news was a reunion was in the making as Kamryn and Olivia were together after so many years of attempted reunions that never quite made it, and two kids who were little at one time once again came together as youth reunited for a couple of hours of fun!

My heart exploded as I saw the pictures and longed to be there to just savor the moment face to face of my hearts beating as one up there in Maryland.

There is nothing like the real thing, unless you get the photo and that you can cherish forever.

Oh yea, 

MY KIDS my hearts, always and forever,

With that being said, the sage is lit, the fire is hot and the embers are dancing in the air, with prayers on the wind to all who gather here and those so far away.

My heart is filled with wonder, with gratitude and with thoughts for all both here and in the next place!

 My prayers are sent to all who have asked and the energy joins with that of so many others in the united prayer of healing, love and strength on the winds.

May you find strength, hope, laughter and good deeds along with humor as you walk.

For those who are stepping out into the colds and the snows I hope you are safe and warm today and always as we think spring!

     Safe travels to those on the roads for those who are having the long weekend and on a journey! 

So happy to hear that those who were stranded at sea aboard the famous cruise ship are now safe on land and in their homes. their homes. 

For Brother Michael Belford many condolences on the loss of his Mother,  may you know the support and love of all as she now soars with the angels after a long battle here.

 For the marvelous and legendary Willie Nelson who has had to cancel tours with this flu, may he soon be well enough to 

BE On The Road Again and return to the stage and the fans who just can't wait for the music and his presence.
