Super Bowl Sunday! ARe you ready?

It's time to rally round the couches all over the place!
Oh can you imagine the dancing in the streets and the energy of New Orleans as folks are dressed out in jerseys of the team they will be hollering for as the stands fill and those thinking to make a fast few bucks hawk tickets today.
Oh yea, the chicken wings will be eaten in such numbers that the prices have gone up.
IT IS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY
...
A chimp has picked the Ravens to win after the knowing Manatee did the same thing from his tank by pushing his nose to the poster of the Baltimore Ravens!
As analysts and those paid high salaries study the stats and past performances of those players we have a chimp and a manatee seemingly just in the know.
Now the day is here.
Time to warm up the televisions and get ready to watch as both teams square off for that most impressive ring at the end of the night and the winner takes all.
Beyonce has assured folks she will plant her feet in the earth and belt out her song live during half time as she wowed the press recently.
The air is electric, the day to be stunning, and the commercials not to be missed
as we make sure for those bathroom runs during a replay.
Whether you tailgate, or couch hug, it is a day to enjoy all.
The enthusiasm the passion, the very first entrance on the field of Baltimore as Ray Lewis #52 does his wild dance for the last time after 17 years in uniform, it is a day not to miss.
And those commercials as you bite into your doritos, or open a coke, or pop a top on a cold one, or sink your teeth into ribs or a chicken wing.
1.2 billion chicken wings during Super Bowl are consumed, can't help but wonder how much ranch dressing goes along with that...
I just don't know if you should do that while watching this particular commercial though:
Just to daggone funny if you ask me!
But I do look forward to our horses and polar bears of tradition though and hope they delight as always.
As for me, when that coin is thrown, I will have already gotten excited by the walk in by
Ray Lewis and his passion, his pure joy of the game as he Ravens into the field.
May you enjoy this day of sun, this day of wonder and have your own
Super Sunday wherever you are and whatever you are doing.
...
Hope that flu bug is leaving you, as now it has also hit ole' Willie Nelson causing him to cancel his performance last night at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
Rest Willie, and kick that bug's ass, you have miles to travel songs to sing and folks to grin to, and sweet memories to leave behind.
May you soon be On The Road Again and healthy.
The fire is burning here, the embers are hot as prayers are sent to all who have asked and the energy joins with that of so many others in the united prayer of healing, love and strength on the winds.
May you find strength, hope, humor as you walk.
Aho!

hellooooooooo
Happy Superbowl Sunday to all ..
personally, I am a sore loser, yep.. do no longer care who wins this game tonight (secretly rooting for the Raven's) but I will comment on the enormous amount of $$ that is spent on advertisements and the outrageous salaries of the players..
hmmm.. get your calculators ready, as there surely will be at least thirty different ads to entertain and persuade our chicken wing filled selves..I do enjoy the sport of football.. but am blown away in a horrified way at the lack of priorities when it comes to thinking about how many more useful ways the sponsors could spend their $$$..
hmm.. hungry children, elderly in need of medical care, homeless folks in need of a warm place to sleep in this cold winter ..
To each his own, different strokes for each of us.. that's what makes this awesome world go round..
I am wishing for all a blessed and bright day,
full of peace, fun and happy hearts.. Thanks Doc, for all you
continue to do for so many peeps..
prayers out to all warriors and their families mentioned here today and all in need !!
hugging my angels, sign me, ♥
