SOMETHING GRANNY WOULD HAVE SAID

"KEEP YOUR HEAD HELD HIGH EVEN IF
YOUR BUTT IS DRAGGIN THE GROUND"!
yep, that's Tuck in the background there... you can bet he was listenin' to Granny!
"Now Lookey here..."

Yep, that's what Granny used to say! Notice how that finger is pointed... she had a way of doing that, of emphasising what she was saying! Usually in her hand was a "krumpled kleeenex" that she had a hold of! Granny and her "krumpled kleeenexes", if you have ordered your copy of Healing Heartaches you have read all about that by now! Be sure and tell your friends about Healing Heartaches as well.
There is no better way to let others know about a newly released book quite like the word of mouth; I call it "the moccasin telegraph".

I received an email yesterday, and it reminded me of Granny's saying that you just read. Granny had many sayings and wise advice you can be sure of that!

Since I am meeting in Ft Lauderdale with my friend and publisher from Infinity, John F. Harnish I thought I would share this email as today's blog. John is getting ready to cruise to the Caribbean with a group and talk about his new book titled, "The Nose Saga, Cancer Stinks" now available at http://www.buybooksontheweb.com/
John is a Cancer survivor and has written his book from one who has walked the walk from first discovery to diagnosis to re-construction of his nose... I have been honored to add a few words in his book as well!

Now, back to the day's blog and a longer version of Granny's sage advice of keeping your head held high no matter what!!!
This email was titled, Handbook for 2010, and I like it so much I thought I would share it with those who read the blog daily!

Here it is! I hope you not only enjoy it, but will find ways to incorporate it into your life! Again, feel free to leave your thoughts and feedback... (No, I am not trying to be your doctor, therapist, acupunturist, masseause, manicurist, bartender or vet)~~~~~heehe~~~~~ remember, humor is good for the soul!

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water.

35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change..

36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

37. The best is yet to come..

38. When you awake alive in the morning, express gratitude.

39. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy

40. Believe...

Now of course I made some changes to the original email, cos' I just had to! haha, but the overall handbook remains the same! A wonderful email that had to be shared, with a powerful message to be sure. Be sure and check out http://www.buybooksontheweb.com as you will find not only Healing Heartaches there, but now see "The Nose Saga, Cancer Stinks, by John F Harnish, my publishers' newly released book! And we all know that I have strong feelings about Cancer... I wish John well with his next surgery, and all the best with the success with his book! I was truly honored to be asked to contribute a few words to The Nose Saga and he is an inspiration to all who have walked the journey through Cancer; he walked it with his four-legged companion wolf-dog Aurora...
