Did ya Remember?

These
are for
YOU
...
Well, did the bright sun
roll you out of bed this morning?
Did you remember all those clocks
that are the driving force of whether we show up
on time
early
fashionably late
or
aw shucks I am really really
LATE
><
this tradition that began in
1918!
The mad dash through the house,
trying to get the
microwave to match
the stove
the
stove to match
the alarm clock beside the bed
and
the car clock to match them all.
Whew
what a feat to remember
how to do that clock in the car
and
thankfully the computer
knows how to set itself
needless to say
uh,
how does the cell phone do that?
><
sure hope you are not exhausted!
Folks continue to study the effects of
changing time
of saving on electric bills
of
enjoying the end of the day with more sunshine
and
is it worth it at all.
I wonder what the impact is on our
fine feathered friends,
the 4 leggeds'
the crawlers
and
swimmers.
There is probably someone researching all of that as well!

Well here we are,
the light
finding its way back to us
and
I for one am just as giddy as I can be about it!

BRING IT ON
bring on the sun!
Lighter earlier and lighter later
oh yea
Vitamin  D
although it is now goin to be plentiful
and synthesized through out bodys ability
to have and receive the good sun!
here we come!
Well ok, I admit it is not lighter earlier,
but
oh the benefits
of being and feeling
THE LIGHT!
...
OK,
yes some have a terrible time adjusting to things like the time change
and
many will report being late to appointments
sleepy
grumpy
disoriented
or
just dulious
and
some will
just not like the changes.
Life is all about change,
the only constant is
change.
Some will feel like they have a case of
"jet lag"
and
if you've never experienced
"Jet Lag"
it is a real bear in the woods,
or
so I've been told.
Some may take a couple of days
to re-set that internal clock
of theirs while others are just plain out
tickled to come home
and
have more time in the light
of the evening
and
others will just want to crawl in the bed
and
cover their heads.
Attiude is 3/4 of everything
I still believe that to be true!
You know;
People are funny
but then again
that is what makes the world go round!
It has been reported
that there is a significant increase in the number of
accidents on and in cars, motorcycles, bikes after the time changes.
SO
with that in mind...
Be careful out there,
folks are sleepy in the morning,
folks are adjusting their clocks
and
driving home
in the bright sun
and
maybe they haven't bought their new shades
for the season.
So
prepare well, move into the day with ease
and
attitudes geared up that
are positively wonderful;
rest up
and
take best care,
and
finally
GET OUT THERE
and
"oUt shine the sun"
...

The fire is now lit, the smoke is goin and the embers are hot.
Prayers are being sent today
and intentions are being offered
with
HOPE, Compassion, Honoring,
Remembering,
with
Faith restored

You are being thought of so very often

We are all destined for greatness,
to care deeply, to reach to heights we've never known before,
to love, to remember, to cherish,
to wonder...
Perhaps today?
So for today,
“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.”

Good morning to all this bright sun shine morning. Amazing Grace a song of beauty to hear the first thing this morning is a blessing. Thank you for making it real. Lovely feeling to wake up and it is not dark. Just think of all of the people who awaken and cant see the beauty of our earth. So sad to know what they are missing without the eyes. So much to be thankful for this day and the days to come. Irene must still be asleep or maybe she is cooking bacon and eggs for all of the people she takes care of who cant help themself. God Bless USA, our President and all of his staff and family. God Bless and troops and their families. Blessings to all

Welcome to Sunday everyone !
Thanks for missing me. I was actually at the POOL ( in the dark) cause of the time change. I must get this aging body of mine in better shape. Exercise will also help my crazed mind. Changing clocks wore me out as I have many and multiple all over the place.
Thanks for the flowers doc, they are gorgeous, colorful & "nice".
Enjoy each minute of this day, get some SUN, have some FUN and RUN, to keep FIRM

I for one love the extra light! Early, late, whenever. If I were a fan of the cold, I'd consider moving to Alaska. Imagine 6 months of sunshine! Of course I'd have to spend half the year at the equator during the dark months. LOVE the sunshine.
I intend to squeeze every drop of it out of these coming light months and campaigne to leave it this way when the fall approaches. Best day to all.

Hello Friends - Dr. Sherry, the flowers are lovely and so colorful. Thank you for them. It is a pretty day, 65° and the sun is up and shining bright. I actually took my jacket off outside and felt the warm sun on my skin and drove with the windows down - beautiful for SE Michigan in March. Church was great and I stopped by the shelter for a few minutes. Two cats adopted today Yeah!!. I came home and opened up some windows for the fresh air to fill my wintery house. Wishing all of you here a fantastical Sunshine Sunday. Sending hugs to all /Sandy♥
