Oh those circles, life is a circle, think circles not lines!

Life is
CIRCLES
Hurricane Earl
is Headed UP the Coast
Fiona is On HIS Tail

And
Good morning MORNIN
As the East Coast is nailin/pounding and folks are
heading to the center of the east coast states, others are huddling up and waiting it out...
Prayers to all affected by Ugly Earl
It's HURRICANE SEASON

And yesterday in The Gulf Waters of Mexico
again the unthinkable happened...
Blast on gulf oil rig injures one in the Gulf of Mexico.

Circles and cycles...
Everything done is done in circles, ever notice that?
It would serve us well if we get out of linear thinking...
Linear thinking as in:
Beginning .. middle... end
and realize everything we do is a circle!
there is no beginning, no middle  and definitely no end!

Take the seasons, the clock, the cycles of life!
The connections to the Universal ONENESS
to the Creator/God/dess
all a circle
The CIRCLE OF LIFE
unending!

All through our circles/cycles are lessons, are truths, are people... seasons, times, reasons...
We may go in and out of times, seasons for truths, lessons and reasons...
Respecting, honoring, leaning into and learning from and about spirit, soul, mind and body!
Honor is to respect the Creator, Creation
YOURSELF along the way and others
Of course the great lesson it self-esteem, self worth and learning to really esteem others without judgment as we are all children of the Creator
we are all reflections of the Universal Oneness
when we unrobe and look at our reflection in the mirror!
Do you remember that task?
It was for a much deeper reason that I ask you to do that... to connect with the reflection of what is within
you are a WINNER
YOU WERE BORN A WINNER
An honorable person walks with courage and pride, yet without losing modesty or humility~
Remembering that all things we do we do in a circle of Universal connection.
/*\
Funny, now that I think of it; every time I get up from this computer Little Gypsy is just tickled... she runs around and around "in circles" as if celebrating over and over again!
Drop a pepple in a creek, in a pond, in the pool...
circles, reaching out and out in circles!
The ripple effect... touch one it touches all ~
Acknowleging the sacred awakens the sacred
in circles/cycles/seasons
Folks dance in circles... even the so-called
Square dance is danced in a circle!
Decorating a Christmas tree one
must go around and around in a circle
to be sure the tree is trimmed
heehe
Support groups take place in a circle
camp fires folks gather round the fire in a circle
DC is comprised of
circles!
OH QUICK STOP ME
LOL

isn't this fun!?

As folks from North Carolina all the way up the east coast prepare for Hurricane Earl, Fiona on his tail and the next one,
Gaston is already being tracked!
Some have said they watched with amazement a beautiful sunrise yesterday, saw surfers taking some pretty impressive waves...
others are anxiously riding out the storms,
while others are fleeing their homes after putting motorcycles in storage and nailing up plywood!

Still others are looking forward to the Hurricane...
go figure that!
Me?
I am still amazed that the number one thing here in Florida folks purchase at the beginning of
Hurricane season is:
BEER
not water, not batteries, not tuna fish
BUT
Cases and cases of
BEER
and In North Carolina around The Outer Banks, Morehead City, Kitty Hawk and places like that;
if memory serves me correctly I remember they have places called:
"Brew Thru's"
Now I bet they had an impressive line
(that was circling the place)
for days as folks stocked up for their Hurricane supplies there!
I sure hope you are out there today, outshining the sun, being amazed at all there is to see, be and do.
Smile til your face hurts today my friends, just because you can!

I've weathered several hurricanes in my lifetime here on the Texas Gulf Coast. They all come about the time of my BD.

I have a BD that just happens to be 9/11. Yep, that's right. As we approach this day we need to all reflect on where we were, what we were doing and how we were affected by it. I certainly will never forget. It was a BD I did not celebrate. I was in shock with the rest of American and wept as I watched the TV that evening at the horror of what happened. My husband came home and wanted to take me out to dinner and I looked at him and told him that this was not a day I could celebrate. Too much hurt, too much pain, and too much loss. Each year since has gotten a little easier for me to celebrate the day of my birth but the memories and images of that day still it linger, as they should.

Gracious Friday to all. Another Labor Day Weekend, another birthday for Cathy M. and the 9th year since the event that changed our nation, coming up on the 11 th. Can't help but reflect on that day. Hurricanes are ramping up for us to pay attention to. I have my plan in place.......... YES I DO ! I sleep better knowing where I am going if a mandatory evacuation is called for. Circles and Circles, round and round. I feel like the twirling queen today, full of energy.
Stay safe, stay calm, stay FIRM

Good Mornin all. You are so right, life is a circle, the life cycle. But I do think often of things with a begining, middle and end... Except at night when my thoughts go round and round! Will try to bend the lines into a more encompassing circle during the day and stop twirling in the sleeping hours. It's quiet this morning and pitch dark. Tell me the days are not already getting shorter! I was once in the Outer Banks during a hurricane. Most amazing thing... It had rained for two days, was windy, wet to bed in a small beachsidemotel just across from the ocean. Woke up and the two houses that sat on the beach right across from the motel were gone! Just a few posts sticking up where they once were. Amazing experience. Roads were a mess, some areas had power outages and all the bridges were closed. I guess because we were on vacation we had not heard any news and had no understanding at all abour hurricaines. Ignorance is bliss. When we woke up the sun was shining and we only fund out about te storm when we tried to move around the area.
That day though even the Brew Thurs were closed. They are some rgged cookies in the Outer Banks. Get slammed with storms more than any other area and bounce back. Will say another little prayer that no one is hurt, the storm passes quickly and the people who live and work there are ok. Thanks doc for the message today.

The Circle of Life. Life is a circle and we all go around with it, had not thought of it that way and there is a beautiful song about the Circle of Life. Cant think of it this moment. Praying for those in Earls distructive path and hope he gets lost fast. Heard from our friend in NC, her son woke up to 3 inches of water in his home he is safe. I cant imagine those old timers in NC who is always gonna outwit the storm and stay put. I would be walking the other way. Dont like the water to be raging around me. Blessings to all.

helloooo,
thinking I hope that everyone is
safe and prepared for the storms ahead...
prayers that Earl will blow away into the
space of "nothing much "
my sixth sense is out of whack today...
feeling a bit of gloom and doom...
talking in circles in my head to bring myself
out of the funk....
a friend of mine, we were sharing feelings
about our actions, the impulsive way we react
and what the effects of those actions might be..
new word...IMPULSIVITY... the pebbles in the pool,
the circles... love those thoughts...
what goes around does come around...
blessings to all.. may the Angels protect
everyone !!!
sign me,
A....
