It's Mothers Day! the day after The Landon Korabek Jamfest 2013

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY... to our Mother Earth and all those Mudders' out there... here and in the Next place, we give thanks for them all... each in our own way...
Many blessings to each of you as you give those thanks and make joyous noise today....

 DOT/MOM/COB
How very appropriate I should find her lookin fine just fine with that old guitar in her hands as today, I sit and think of all the sights, all the love, and the non-stop music that filled the hearts, souls and the air yesterday at The Thirsty Marlin for Landon Korabek at the Jamfest.

The THIRSTY MARLIN Palm Harbor where owner Brian, and his most awesome staff (David, the waiter is my little brother of love from another mother I am certain); as the entire staff ran their butts off to serve, to smile, to be more than anyone could ever imagine without a break, a drink, a bite of food all day long... They are just remarkable in so many ways and I am grateful to all there... go when in Palm Harbor and tell em "dr sherry and OneLove sent ya"!

OneLove was indeed in the air, in the souls and the hearts of each person there all day, into the evening. The bands played their hearts out, they played for free for that day; yet their voices, their instruments were used with such passion that you would have thought they were filling great concert halls at top dollar.
The people dug deep in their pockets to give, to support the day, the mission and vision of Greg and Susan Korabek; and the power of healing was truly remarkable...

Today the fire is lit and prayers are going up in gratitude for them, for all who walked through the door with OneLove as we "got together and felt alright" while increasing hope, healing and awareness while dancing to the universal healer... Music.

I wish you love today, music to fill your soul hope to guide your steps and great memories of Mother's Days while you treat yourself well today and everyday!
The Shenanigan's played their hearts out... and oh how honored I was to introduce them to the stage... they now have a big part of my heart that goes with them as they travel ... This is the band that Jack the lead singer let Landon play with them on his guitar and how they loved his talent, his form, his wicked sense of humor as he grew from a child.. fine FINE men these are with a sound that will rock you and take you to church at times! Thank you my friends for your passion, your music your love...

And today the bowl is filled and prayers are moving For:
All the bands that gave so much to so many, I thank YOU all; Six Volt Rodeo and the man known as Bear who can play anything with strings! 6 VOLT RODEO has some wild licks, some off the hook horn and bass that just stun the mind, the body, then all of a sudden a beautiful woman opens her mouth and you find you are just gone as she plays the washboard to boot! just wow... Bear was Landon's guitar teacher, now teaching Landon's dad and oh how the Dad took that stage and played his heart out with the Shenanigans, and I could see the spirit of Landon over his right shoulder... POWERFUL it was...
The ever lovin' Horny Toads and oh my are they rockin' to hear, they rocked us and are a wonderful group to visit with before they took the set they were filled with OneLove
Uncle Johns Band who brought out Dead Heads from all over Tampa Bay in tye died shirts to sway on the dance floor...

and for Landon at the Jamfest the place was a sea of white shirts once again... we remembered, we stood, we cried and laughed and we felt him... prayers were offered and cheers were made, and so it is... prayers goin up for
