May this be a day filled with grace, beauty
and feelings of rejoicing all the blessings in your life.
A day that is that is yours to take best care of
YOU
while finding the strength to remember that you are your most precious resource
in finding ways to better fill you up as we realize the impact of others on us,
to shield ourselves from the negatives that we take in and take on from others, from situations, from exposure to the hardships, the pain of others that we care for, that we love, that we bear witness to in day to day dealings with and that we absorb stories at times on a cellular level and is cumulative.
Find ways friends to count and re-count your blessings and to purify your and restore yourselves, to take breaks from the influx of news, of what is heard, what you want to do to help and what you do that is helpful over time and even what is frustrating!
Remember you in all that is done, is being done as you move into celebrations of self and others.
On this day, find beauty to purify that you have taken on this week as you prepare for the upcoming weeks, a new month
and honor space and time to recharge and heal within.
Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, flowers that bloom and the winged ones, the swimmers, the crawlers and 4 leggeds,
notice their balance their beauty
their ability to weather the storms as they prepare and gather.
REjoice Dance and nourish your soul.
Prayers going up for all who gather here
and even those who have yet to find us
on this sterling Sunday
after the Corn Moon that lit the dark skies.
The fire is lit now, sage is filling the air here;
Prayers are going UP

Good morning Florida. It is a cool morning here in Virginia. My friends have left me and I am feeling empty nest syndrome. What a wonderful moon last night as we sat on the porch huddled with our hoodies on and talking and talking old times, good times and sad times. As they were leaving this morning my friend who found Dr. SES and then me handed me her beautiful black onyx ring it is huge oval shaped. I said oh no you dont, she said to wear it until we meet again. Her excuse was her fingers were swollen. As we were waving and throwing kisses my phone rang which is unusal at that time of morning, it was another bad news. My dear neighbor of many years has ovarian cancer, I ask you all pray for her. She said it is going to be ok with treatment. Sad for the news, sad my friends are gone. On my way to Church now. Loved the flowers and the woman standing beside them. Beauty is everywhere. Your blog today was felt I am sure all around us. I am glad you are giving blessings to the young Royal family and they should fight for their rights. Even tho we dont agree with some things the President is about he is our President and we should respect him and his family and staff. God Bless USA, our service men and women and their families. Have a Blessed Day.
My second try, so if gets posted twice---sorry.
For all you said, Dot/Mom/Cob--WILL DO----and glad you connected with an old friend.
Restful Sunday here on the homefront. Lunch with dear friends and a chilly swim in the pool, ah it's a good day after all.
spent this beautiful day today walking in parks with my sister so that she could find "good" areas for painting..that is her passion. I saw such wonderful things-mother nature at her best and a little help from restoration and conservation friends.
it was wonderful. then as we were leaving a butterfly flew around us, we stopped and just watched as she did her 'dance' what an uplifting thing to see. funny thing was, we had just said how our Mom would have appreciated this park. I do believe she danced for us. Thank you Sherry for reminding us all to stop and look for the beauty in the world.!
