Silly Sunny Sunday Here!

Silly Sunny Sunday Greetings
to all today!
As I wish all the best of days, and compliments of little Kamryn to set the mood for a silly and most remarkable day to each of you
wherever you are and whatever you are doing on this most glorious day of Fall...
I'm almost feeling giddy as the day shines on me with hope in my heart, with news of Dot/Mom/Cob having the best of times up there in Southwest VA after a blessed reunion with an old and cherished friend after losing touch for over 25 years and now re-united after ole' Dottie found me on the internet!
I hear those two stayed up all night like back in the day, giggling and crying and catching up; probably even drinkin a bottle of wine ... hopefully a better label than back in the day!
Nothin like old friends and new discoveries, silly times remembered along with heartaches unable to be shared, not known about, and paths traveled along the way.
Yet, hearts connected and stories weaved into patterns that link back to a time of love that is renewed and fabric that is strong with faith, humor, music and sun for the soul, not marred by experience sorrow nor distance, nor death or cancer, but grown stronger over years.
...
Yes even silly on a Sunday at times beats listening to the ongoing jargon and ugly rants of the days troubles and politic-ing.
It's a day for wonderment, a day for splendor in the grass where leaves are beginning to fall, and the air that is changing.
A day for the youthful side of us to come out to play; even in times of sorrow and pain, and things we cannot change, yet we can change ourselves always... if we but choose to.
Hawk made a visit to me this morning, he even landed in the yard out here!
I reminded him of the screen, the lanai  as his "no fly zone" as he just stood there in his mightiness.
It was as though he was listening in a way, and I felt a bit silly talking to this hawk and letting him know, his days of flying talons first through the screen of the lanai were done now!
He took flight to the big tree behind here, and let out a scream!
I take that as a "I hear ya and I'm good with that"!
Silly am I... but that is ok with me.
Speaking of silly,
let's all go to an elevator today, or find one on a Monday maybe even a better idea.
Now that would be fun I'm thinking
based on this:
Are you up for silly?
Oh I cannot imagine anything more fun
than a Monday on an Elevator with this in hand, tricks to try on an elevator!
Now then... where in the world can I find a building busy around here and tall enough for an elevator?
Oh the thoughts make me laugh out loud on this lovely day!
And for silly and sexy at once,
take a look at this beaut
yep
this is dot/mom/cob
entertaining the seniors and showing her pride of being an American!
gotta love her,
she is all Red/White and blue
 Let's hear it for dot/mom/cob
and for
OUR TROOPS AND COUNTRY!!!
God bless the USA
...

Now then,
let me tell you another silly little moment before I fire up the prayer bowl and light the sage for all with blessings today.
...
As a woman held the new book,
Chronic Pain; Hand in Hand
in her hand this week, she looked at me and said this,
"Dr Sherry, the book looks beautiful, but tell me... I hope you had someone to edit it and correct your punctuation and grammar this time since Healing Heartaches made me just crazy as I read it with so many different issues about both!"
I grinned, and watched her as she looked intently back at the book, rubbed the cover, looked within its pages and back at me...

and then I replied,
"Dear lady, if you are ever reading my work for punctuation, sentence style or grammar... you are reading it for the wrong reasons and it is not the book for you."
...
Chronic Pain; Hand in Hand published 9/4/2012 is available on Amazon.com
and from my website through email for an autographed copy!
It has already received a review on Amazon and interesting punctuation and grammar wasn't mentioned, but then again, there is only one review so far!
Silly me...
Oh yes, she bought the book after that, so her review probably has not been added yet, nor have I received an email from her!
hahahaha
I will admit, I write the way I speak, Simon and Schuster have not published my work therefore it is all me to date, and Oprah has yet to call.
But
I do have a pair of
red soul shoes now
and I wear them well!
 So it's all good,
nope
IT'S ALL GREAT!
I'm wishing you the best of days
today and all through the week
in that elevator
or in your mind
body
spirit
soul!
...
The fire is lit now

Some of that "pickin' the pepper out of the fly shit" again"!!!!!
Guess some people would call it "can't see the forest for the trees" NOT ME---that's what I call it, and I am not changing how I say it.....HOWEVER it did fit the theme of today's blog--"SILLY"....(well, if a person is being nice about it, it does)......That's also what I call an "eye twitcher"....you hear the remark, the eye starts twitching, and then you humble yourself and be nice in your response. (Oh how I hate that---LLOOLL).... Anyway, we still under the full moon here, so I can all this---HA---not really, but sounds like a good excuse to me!!!!! Not discussing Oprah this morning either----LOL----Just truck on Dr. Sherry ----and I am "trying" to as well. All you people on here, are just wonderful!!!! As soon as Dr. Sherry can learn to spell and punctuate properly, then all of us wonderful people can have a smoother time reading her blogs! LLLLLLOOOOLLLLL---Be Blessed!!!!

Heh Heh Heh Dr. Sherry - great and funny words today - thanks for the chuckles. I love that photo of Kamryn. Makes me chuckle every time I see it. What a funny face he made there. Love those red sole shoes. They are fancy there for sure. I would love to try the elevator funnies. I will be riding the elevator at work a few times tomorrow. I am on the top floor Hmmmm, I'll have to think about that then. It is not sunny here now. It is pretty cloudy and chilly in the low 50s.

Hope that all those listed on the prayer list are feeling better.

Wishing each of you a very happy and Blessed Sunday. Take care friends. /Sandy♥

Love Ya doc and hope the new book is even half as successful as healing heartaches. I for one am glad you write the way you speak. From the heart. tell the ole bag who complained to get a red pencil and edit her own copy cause, who else would really have enough time on their hands to care. just sayin.

Today the blog is again the bomb. Love those eyes gives you something to LOL about. So much covered today. I am one who has tried some of the elevator trivia. I did one better but should not put it on the blog. I will anyway. My Mom, sister and I was on a elevator, I just had to pass gas as it stopped to pick up a passenger, as they got on I jumped off and said I cant believe you all did that on elevator. LOL, I ran up the steps to meet them and they were not happy campers. LOL. Yes, there was tears, laughter, and lots of hugs of many years when our friend came to visit over the weekend. Absence does make the heart grow fonder. I am sure this friendship will last a lifetime. I want say how many bottles of wine was consumed. A good time was had by all and I met a new friend from Akron, Ohio they were traveling to Myrtle Beach and wanted me to go but dont think the beach could handle all of us at this time. Hopefully when they come back they will stop by and stay all night again. It was a wonderful time. Old Friends as Willie sings. Osh, you are the bomb. Love to read your comments. Waiting for the new Book to arrive. Blessings to all. God Bless USA.
