Today

For Today

good morning to all
as I sit with my coffee and count my many blessings!
the day is beginning quietly
and I am planning to keep it that way
as
I look at some
Hibiscus
that need a little boost to start their
"gift a day with flowering here"
I am reminded
of the many gifts
we are blessed with
in good, bad, hard, and sad
times.
Life is fragile
and
oh how we need reminders
to be kind to each other
to be
tolerant of each other and the choices
the paths
the each decide to venture and journey on
while discovering new things each and every day.
I received some news yesterday
of one diagnosed with
a tumor of unknown seriousness last evening
of
one wrapped in anger
over things they cannot change last evening
and
of one
who's child died suddenly and unexpectedly
yesterday afternoon.
As I wrap my mind and heart around all of this
news
this morning and look at morning
in its splendor
and
the
Hibiscus
blooms
coming to greet me with their gifts
I
am grateful
and
I wonder
if all had received the same calls
would they
embrace all around them
with love rather than angst
with laughter
rather
than judgment or anger or confusion
and
Dance into this day
knowing
this day is the day we have.
BLESSINGS and joy from my home to yours
friends and family
><
May your day be filled with love,
with memories that sustain you
and
with
HOPE for and in understanding of self and each other
Look deeply within
for there you will find
understanding and love
of the
Universal oneness of the Creator
who loves you and loves all.

Sage is filling the air, and the drumming is about to begin.

For all of you, I give thanks

and

so it is good!

Prayers and thoughts are being sent to Tim
his family and fellow officers paid tribute to him this week, they sent him off beautifully, with the respect due to an officer in Chattanooga Tennessee the procession and the services were remarkable and of beauty I am told. Tim an officer, a man of family, friends, community
doing what he loved, serving his community with honor and pride killed at the hands of another leaving behind those who now are traumatized, now having honored his life, are left to wonder how/why/, as they attempt to step back into their lives after honoring his memory and seeing such a remarkable final tribute to a warrior. They will now walk in a state of "numbness and shock"; now struggle for answers and look for him in their daily walks,
and for HOPE in understanding.

Tim now joins with other brothers and sisters standing
celebrate him home to "The Thin Blue Line" on the other side.
"Thank you Tim for your service"

Blessings to those who are standing in the grief and sorrow, May you find comfort in knowing he is but a heart beat away now watching over you with those who have gone before him all of which have welcomed him
to that sacred line of service and all who stand proudly
on "THE THIN BLUE LINE"

For:
Thomas Galvin and his wonderful son Sean, blessings and strength in healing ways;
Karen, Paul and Little Calvin, prayers of healing and thoughts to you all. Kiss that little one and know that he is in the Creators arms and the hands of those skilled to help and to heal him.

For my dear family of choice, we are with you, Stand Strong now> Laura and Mitch strength and prayers of healing ways,
For those at Wounded Knee continued healing of spirit as they move through this day and all days! with the beauty of spirit and gentle winds to caress their spirits and heal their souls.

To those who have served and are serving this great Nation, I thank you and your families.

We BELIEVE IN YOU.

WE THANK YOU. WE WANT YOU HOME SAFELY.

We are together in prayer, in thoughts of all that is needed to remind you we are WARRIORS...

We stand by you on the journey beside you, along with some powerful angels both here and in the next place, the other side.

May you find comfort in knowing we are with you always:

AND for that I give thanks, and so it is!
Wishing you all you need to soar today, to fly, to enjoy and to be all that you are!  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7J8FvkLz-4

Good morning Sherry, the yellow hibiscus is beautiful! Our game birds have begun their drumming this morning, the magnificent turkey are in full "bloom" and squabbling over their harem; my heart is full of love and my eyes full of wonder at the "every-day" sights that make my world magical. Another trip to the eye dr tomorrow and I will know more about the next steps on this "vision-quest"♥ Blessings to you and yours, and prayers for all you hold in your prayer bowl especially Cindy H who has spent over 3 months in imposed isolation, still battling this chronic infection and dealing with the side effects of that fight. WADO, girlfriend ~ peace♥
