"AAAH MULEQUE" ~ Now Dance As You Say That!

Pedro n Me

"AAAH MULEQUE, AAAH MULEQUE, AAAA MULEQUE"
Now Just dance, dance, dance
It's Sunday, a day to dance, rejoice and celebrate!

Sitting on the lanai this morning after yesterday's pounding rains; the thunder and lightning so close together that is was quite the show! The little four-leggeds barked and chased the rain, not realizing they were wet until it was too late!
UH OH
Paw prints on the floors, wet fur to dry, and
barks at the thunder beings while flashes of lightning crossed the sky.

De-caf this morning ummm good!
Got the opportunity to chat online with my dear Pedro in Brazil yesterday! What a joy and a treat that was. So wise for his young years.  He tells me all of the troupe are tucked back safely at home after an awesome trip to Disney, Seaworld and Daytona.
Each experience better than the last, but not as outstanding as the next... each moment savored and treasured now, recalled with great excitement and joy.

He tells me that he has read the thoughts here, mine and the comments of others!
He likes them!
He wanted to send his love to his "American Family" and hugs from Brazil ~
Oh yes... he wrote me the most beautiful and eloquent email telling me of his trip.
He is quite a wonderful young man ~
Brazil should be proud of their young people!
I could visualize him laughing when I shared that we often dance as chanting
AAH MULEQUE
out in public!
Did I mention
 ~ Pedro was born in 1995 ~

Such a lovely young man... sure to grow into his gentle and lovely spirit; into a great leader!
Aristotle once said, "Good habits formed at youth make all the difference"... I believe that these youth of Brazil we were honored to know have formed great habits, and it has shown, it has made all the difference in their attitudes, their zest for experiences, the thrill for life and our welcoming them into our world.
Thank you Brazil for sending us such enchanting and gentle young people with such open hearts and beautiful smiles ~ Thank you Pedro for finding me and for letting me know you were there, our hearts connected in a fast flash of eyes and smiles...
My "adopted" son and all of you, best regards to all, dance on, laugh on, cry on with joy and excitement!

#1 Buddy Pal is at the Atlantic Ocean with his best friend! He has texted me, having a ball!
It's almost his big 16Th birthday.
Searched all day for the
$19.95
"fly" vehicle for him online.
NO LUCK
Well it could have been a great plan,
but seems EBay has no hot looking cars for my price range...
even remote cars cost more than $19.95~
Notice as our kids grow up their tastes grow with them?
No longer do they want that which is within the grasp of the wallets and pocket...
wassup with that?
Folks enjoy the matchbox cars/the little pony/the Toy Story days, the ...
They sure don't last long before
the WII, the XBox, the High ticket items,
The Lamborghini,
the desires take over.
Desire... Now there's a word to ponder.

Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything.” Napoleon Hill

What are your desires for this
stupendous Sunday?
Ever heard of someone sitting in a recliner, having a conversation and then hollering in pain; thinking they just "strained their ankle" while sitting there?
Weirdest thing ever I tell ya!
Ankle swollen, pain like you cannot imagine,
poor Dorothy, can barely walk!
Just sittin, and BAM!
Ice, must use ICE
Now this is just plain out the strangest thing,
maybe the pool will help!
Maybe the poms jumped up and down with a cinder block?
Who knows... but she sure looked like she was in pain, that much I do know!

STOMP

Gotta get busy, things to do, places to go, people to see, oh how fun it is to be me!

When your desires are strong enough, you will appear to possess superhuman powers to achieve”

Want to add a name to our special list?

Let me know I would be honored.

It's funny but I woke up with thoughts about the missing manners in our everyday lives. Please and Thank you are hard to come by. It's a sad statement. Makes us as a society so much less... Good to hear that somewhere on this planet there are young people that are still innocent and tender, and polite.
Now Doc, $19.95 for a car? You do DREAM BIG!
Even Craig's List can't fill that pipe dream.
Got a Plan B in mind?
Best day to all.

Good Morning,
Sun is shining bright here in VA. It's gonna be another hot day...UGGGG~~Seems like only months ago we had 25 inches of snow on the ground wishing we had heat to melt it all away, now we are wishing we had snow to take the heat away. Just can't seem to make up our minds.
Cuz I hope u do find the $19.95 car b/c insurance is outrageous for teenagers. I will have to get a second job if he ever gets a car!
Kam and I are going to church w/Grandma today and then who knows. Yesterday our desire was to stay in the house and catch up on some house cleaning. Not so sure we will do that again today. Maybe just relax and watch some movies.
Hope DLB is okay. Never heard of getting a sprain from just sitting but that is probably her body telling her to "slow down" and get some rest~
Hope you have a wonderful day~
Love you both "whole lots"

Just past this day's thunderstorms, everything shiney wet and green. Lovely quiet following the storm. Baking brownies. Curled up with an awesome book. Life is all good this day. Pleased to hear the well cap in the Gulf held through the storm. Is this an end in sight?
Enjoyed the blog as usual. Hope everyone is doing well today and has had maximum R&R this weekend.
