Sterling Stupendous Sunday to All

Angie n Me
Disney Heat

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
{Antoine De Saint-Exupery

Brilliant and beautiful Sunday morning, coffee poured, quiet in the home place (so far)...
Kamryn enthralled with the Disney channel once again to start his day...
it ends with Disney and begins with Disney ~
Funny thing is... all the shows seem the same to ole' Buddy Pal! Wondered if we were watching the same ones but he quickly reminded me that of course they are different!

Yesterday 97 degrees in the shade here in Florida and Kamryn, Mom and I hit a little treasure place called, "Celebration Station"!
Miniature Golf; rubber boats with spraying capacity to drown each other from our personal crafts while running into each other at the same time; and Go-Karts for little Mario A. (aka Kamryn) and us to each take the wheel and the track! ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM
Did I mention the HEAT???
Ah, quite a day indeed... and of course Kam beat us at most activities; well OK, at ALL...
and we sweat more than the average bear.
Speaking of Bears...
Lily the North American Black bear and Baby cub HOPE are together and foraging, tumbling, exploring and having quite a time!
The fan page is exploding with newbies to the page; new rules for all to observe! Many do not like it... many are hurt by the rules and regs, now in place and monitored by admins...
The bickering and the hurts continue there along with great rejoicing of two bears reuniting and researching continuing of the magnificent black bears that roam in the woods in the USA.

I was just delighted to read the comments of readers recently! Welcome home Chris; so thrilled that you are doing great in work and at home! Cancer be gone; a warrior embracing each moment of life back at home...
Cathy Madden and her wonderful use of words to tell of her great time out recently! Bravo... too bad hubby couldn't join you!
Lizzie who comments here often is off to meet her hubby in Seattle from Virginia for their reunion and then to Alaska for vacation ~
A sweet time will be had by them and their first real vacation alone in many a year!
Then we have Irene, moving out of the comfort zone, doing and being and having a blast!
Andrea having regular visits from her beloved Jaren, on the backs of dolphins when not being followed by a special butterfly with loving messages from a daughter on the other side letting a Mom know she is soaring on the wings of Eagles now, but only a heart beat away...

Godson Buddy Pal and cuzzie Angie back home in Virginia, thinking of their times here in Florida and all our grand adventures... now lovely memories that they look back on with great fondness and hope for our next time together...
We rocked, we laughed, we loved each moment together...

Readers and Warriors all here ~
You touch and fill my heart so very often!

Yes, I have noticed the vocabulary... the words that you are using! Are you noticing the shifts in your body/your moods when making those words your own?
Are you noticing the shift in you?
How does it feel?

There are some super-terrific-outstanding-stunning words out there for us to use!
There are some fantastically charged words that we can choose to embrace and use that will enhance our energy and our life!
With such an immense number of words... more that half a million words in English I am told; it is said that our habitual vocabulary is extremely limited in everyday life; with the average person using only between 2,000-10,000 words!
 That is about 1-2 percent
of what is available to us ~

Tony Robbins wrote about doing a search to find words describing emotions... with a thesauruses he was able to find over 3,000 words related to human emotion! The proportion of words that describe negative versus positive emotions was pretty stunning!
1,051 words describe positive emotions, while 2,086 described negative emotions!

How sad is that?
No wonder folks feel bad
more than they feel good!

"Words form the thread on which we string our experiences" {Aldous Huxley}

So let's get busy with our threads! Let's get out our most colorful and brilliant threads and start putting them together to weave a more glorious pattern to add to our rich tapestry of life... to share with our friends, our family and those we randomly find in our paths.

Illuminate the sky and those around you with wonder each time you open your mouth and each moment you are blessed to breathe!

Start a list:
OK, I'll help you by sharing mine with you!

Ready?
I'm feeling
Curious
Calm before action
Not on top of it
On the road to a turn-around
adored
focused
extraordinary
monumental
flawless
explosive
brilliant
stoked
jazzy
razz-a-ma=-taze
enthralled
phenomenal
Outrageous
Blessed
Better than Best
Over The Moon
Magic
Vivacious
Awesome
Sweeet
Tight
Da Bombdiggity

YOUR TURN...

Why just "feel good"... when you can choose to feel "AWESOME", "GREAT"
Why just be "awake" when you can choose to
be "raring to go" and
"get this party of life started"

Did you know:
The Nike swoosh was designed by a Portland State University student, and purchased by Nike for $35.00

Now ain't that amazing?

Wherever you happen to be today
and
Whatever you happen to choose to be doing

Know that you are being thought of with fondness ~

SCRUPMTIOUS Sunday to all, let's get out the
dictionary, AFTER the coffee enters brain.
Sherry: Celebration Station Rocks, it's the place to bring guests & visitors, but the HEAT
must have really been " up there ".
Thanks for the shout-out mention in the previous blogs. I so appreciated it all.

There must be a words better than fantastic, awesome, wonderful and uplifting to describe our Dr. SES. Superb? Even that falls short. A magic maker she is. Loving, yep, joyful, yep, funny, there is that. But still, other than Shaman, I can't think of a single word that
honors all that she is to the "healing hearts" that gather here. She is to me an inspiration, a gentle teacher, a caring soul, a wise council, and so very much more. thank You doc for all you do for all of us.

Even if it's not ICE CREAM DAY-- who cares? make it you own ice cream day--life is way too short not to enjoy it.Irene, I am honored that you order only pink gloves--pink seems to have become my favorite color! As for DRSES, ahhhh--there are not enough words to describe her in the dictionary. She does indeed inspire, teach and cares very deeply for all around her. I think it should be called DRSES day--and we should all eat ice cream in her honor!! STOMP!!!!
Have a great day-----it's Sunday!!
