SURE IS QUIET HERE ~

Notice that
"Swaggar"
On all three of em!
Talk about "dudes with AtTitudes"
 Chip/Dale/Kam
Three "Sick" Critters

Good and quiet morning morning! The four-leggeds are searching and searching for Kamryn and Mom.
Can't find noise anywhere except an occasional bark a thon looking for the missing from the 4-leggeds who just don't get where their little friend could be hiding! Ah.... coffee, ummm good!
Soooo quiet here!
Wow, what a big bed I have once again! Slept great, didn't have to watch Disney, didn't have to see Hannah Montana... I'm thinking I just won't look at that channel anymore til ... uh, Christmas!
It's awesome to be me!
No furry animals of the little ones to fly threw the room at warp speed after I am tucked in at night
(compliments of my beloved Mother as she has one last fight before bed with Kamryn)
Why is it I am always the one that gets hit with the flying objects I wonder? hahahaha
Then it is ON... the pillow fight begins, with me laying under the covers to keep cover as Kamryn and Mom go at it with a fevered pitch, throwing pillows, the four-leggeds toys... thank goodness the four-leggeds have enough sense to hide under the bed, they may get thrown in the process!
Just when the last "I love yous", the lights are out, and it appears to be safe...
From the hallway, Mom has managed to find yet another dog toy and ZOOM... it flies and makes a direct hit in the bed... and
IT'S ON
Kamryn flies from the bed in a snap, off to find her, and the battle continues...
Gotta love it!

Life is a glorious bouquet as Maya Angelou writes,
and this particular ritual dates to when we were little, through the generations... and boy does Kamryn love it!
Monday flew; Kam and I got up early since our time was limited! Much to do, little time left to do it ...
Kamryn wanted a special morning sooo,
Breakfast:
ICE CREAM with hot fudge and "sczoooshe"
whip cream on top!

Then came the project to honor Magic the Min-Pin that Kamryn loved so. With loving care and precision, Kam made a memory stone of stained glass while I mixed the concrete for the finished project! When he was ready, we poured the concrete into what looked like a pizza box with his design sealed and set it up just "so" it looked sick!
And to celebrate his achievement, he popped the top on two baby cokes and we "clicked our bottles" toasting a fantab-U-lous vacation!
When it was time to head out to breakfast at Tiffany's (a tradition now)
the concrete had set up enough for Kam to put his hand-print, write his name, draw a heart, write
"Magic"
2010
I then gave Kam Magic's Purple Heart that he wore on his collar with his name on it; put it on his new Disney back pack, so that he would always have
"his Magic" ~ He had tears in his eyes and said,
"Thanks Buddy Pal, I love Magic"
Funny, it gave me painful loveliness in my heart to part with that little purple heart... Painful to let it go as I realized I had been using it as a "cherish rub" often; rubbing it without thought and finding comfort at times when thinking of Magic now romping and running in Spirit land. Didn't realize that until I was placing it on the back pack, at least not fully... Funny how in the letting go we realize how we often use those "special reminders/totems/things" to give us comfort at times, and to remind us of times we've shared!
Now when Kam puts his newly treasured Disney Back pack on, he has Magic's purple heart right on his shoulder... maybe it will help him remember his Magic, his power, and make him smile as he remembers all the times they shared!

Breakfast at Tiffanys' en route to the Airport was very funny! Our usual waitress thought it funny after we were eating when Kamryn needed a couple more scrambled eggs to finish his bacon!
Eggs/BAcon/Pancakes/More Eggs
Then to the airport!
Hugs/more HUGS
Love ya Buddy Pal!!!
Slim Jims in the back pack, he's sure to get hungry on the plane... heehe

Home to the sad little four-leggeds who are looking all over for their Kamryn!
What's new and wonderful for you my friends?
"All the breaks you need in life wait within your imagination. Imagination is the workshop of your mind, capable of turning mind energy into accomplishment and wealth." (Napoleon Hill)

Today starts football camp for Kamryn
Today starts peace and quiet for Mom
Everyone back finding their Magic into their days

Kamryn knows there is magic... Not an hour after he got home to Virginia, the UPS driver knocked on the door and lo and behold he had a package from Disney! From who we all wondered...
A Snow Globe it was
FROM:
TINKER BELL herself!
Now how in the world did Tinker Bell know that Kam was home just an hour before I'm wondering?
Magic I tell ya
If only you believe. If only you use your imagination.

I believe
STOMP

Did you know:
Disney World is bigger than the world's 5 smallest countries
No daggone wonder I was bone tired!
Perhaps today I will use my imagination
and fly to that special place where you can swim with the pink dolphins...
Gotta run and get ready!

Wherever you are
Whatever you are doing
When you get there
Raise your glass and toast the day with elation!

The fire is burning brightly and its embers are hot.

Dr. SES, what a great blog about a wonderful little creature called Kamryn. He sounds quiet amazing. 4 eggs, bacon, pan cakes for breakfast. Bet he is #1 basketball and football player. Did he play with his Puddy Pal any of his sports. I think you wrote about the WII and bowling, surely he didnt beat you in that also. We continue to keep our soldiers and their families in our prayers and wish them home soon. We also keep our men and women in Blue in our prayers and hope they remain safe to share with their families and loved ones. Read a great article in the June 2010 Hospice and Pallitive Care magazine. All should read it written by our own Dr. SES. Dont know if you can get it on line or not but if you work at Hospice it is good reading. Happy Days to all. Blessings

Why people think I'm a walking encyclopedia of fun facts. if they only knew my source. Enjoy the quiet, well earned. 8 years olds can be whirling dirvishes. Pleasant and magical day to all.

I was sad for you when reading of the departing of your family, but breakfast at
Tiffany's sounded really yummy.
Disney Magic / Disney & Magic, what a touching story regarding the journey of the purple heart and backpack. You are such a wonderful person, Sherry, giving, loving, understanding, patient, kind and full of information.
Bless you and the pink dolphins, too.
Stomp, enjoy the quiet, but stay FIRM !

Kam said your blog was "cool, awesome and totally SICK!!"
I was reading to him and when you were talking about Magic he got teary eyed and said "I sure miss Magic, we use to have so much fun together and he liked to watched Disney with me."
He seems glad to be home but he wasn't in the house 10 minutes and he was off to his room and the Xbox. Felt bad for him last night missing you cuz so we went to Sonic and got him a milkshake that HE DID NOT FINISH!! What's up w/that?
Memories....what wonderful memories we will all have~~
Luv ya Cuz
