Let's Play

SPLASH!
Let's just JUMP INTO THE DAY

Good morning... It's time to get UP, get your motor running and GET UP, GET GOING
STOMP

Honey Nut Cheerios, Coffeee lots of coffee
FAMILY
four-leggeds
ENERGY... did I mention the BURST of energy here?
LOL
Ah... the FAMILY, bringing with them ENERGY and ready to SPLASH, STOMP, CELEBRATE!!!
Let's get this party goin.. oh yes, it never ended from the time the plane touched down!

SPLASH ~

Cathy Madden's soldier boy son is
coming home from Iraq in 11 days!
11 DAYS. A SOLDIER IS COMING HOME FROM IRAQ!
 Come on Warriors...
get that energy and prayers in motion for
 Soldier Madden
to get his buttocks home safely to his mom
Cathy Madden and family!
I sure would love to be there for that celebration and party and play!
Bet they are going to have one grand celebration for our hero when he gets home. Thank you for serving our great Country Soldier Madden, we appreciate you.

Let's play... when is the last time you just gave into that part of you that plays with wild abandon?
It's good for the soul; good for the nervous system, good for the mind-body-spirit connection.
Yep, turn off the NEWS, turn on the silly; the music blaring, the comedy, the absolute nuttiness.

Change your physiology, change your focus,
change your state.
PLAY! Play means just finding or giving yourself permission to explore and to do things, just for the sheer delight of doing them. Its about relaxing, being spontaneous, sometimes downright silly at times while allowing a situation to carry you where it will without expectation or worry.
Now having Kamryn and Buddy pal, Mom and Angie are a great help in making this a spectacular success I will tell you. I will consider renting them out if you are interested! They will entertain, delight and just out and out crack you up on a hourly basis.
When we have a playful and joyous attitude, learning and living and leaping through our imaginations are fun, and you might even find that hard work can be a breeze on a hot day. Of course being "civilized adults"  we have been conditioned to not entertain play... so you may have to remind yourselves that play and joy and having a great attitude actually accomplishes things!
When children play, they become smarter because new neuron connections are formed in their brains. Now if you are a warrior and regular of this page, you know I have spent a week talking about the wonderment of that 3 pound thing between our ears, the neurons, the spaghetti that runs around, its brilliance awaiting our commands!
Play has been described as the work of childhood, the place where the greatest learning occurs, and we are never too old to play.
Great scientists, spiritual leaders, healers, therapists are often are playful, even during times of great heartache and attending to the needs of those in crisis and grief. The fire is burning, its embers are hot, sending healing thoughts, prayers on the wind to those that are in pain, those that are devastated by the recent events in our lives, our world, our Gulf waters and our very souls. We are UNITED in healing ways, we are here, along with some powerful angels... LOOK UP, it is only by looking up you will hold the faith and see the Eagle when she soars...
Play can, will and does reduce stress, and brightens the atmosphere. It engages people to do things that make them more connected with other people. It makes people happy.

So... what are ya waitin for?
PLAY, STOMP, CELEBRATE THE WONDER OF YOU,
AND YOUR ABILITY TO PLAY,
JUMP OFF THE BACK OF A BOAT AND MAKE A SPLASH...

I wish you all that you dare to dream, and all that you choose to do... May you play in puddles, dream of running in rivers and jumping over rainbows...

Sending healing thoughts of strength, humor, and light to you and yours on this beautiful morning...

WE are together in prayer, in thoughts of all that is needed to remind you out there, we are WARRIORS... we are with you, along with some powerful angels... May you find comfort in knowing we are with you always:

Good Morning FLORIDA!!!! So happy to finally be in the sunshine state but just can't figure out where the sunshine is or the heat...I was hoping it would follow us from VA since it is suppose to be 100 there today!
It just feels so darn good to wake up in Cuzzie & Bun's home with NOTHING to do today :) The doggies are barking up a storm for what I dunno. But guess it's their happy bark to have Kam with them running around.
Hope everyone has a beautiful Blessed day and please pray for the sun to come out here SOON & stay out~~

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD, ENJOY! It is about the balance. Sometimes it's easier to work than play. Important that we retrain ourselves to value the recreation that restores our energy for all the requirements of adulthood. Sometimes in the play we find energy that we thought was not even there. Seeing little peek-a-boos of sunshine hinting at a sun still up there somewhere. Bring on the sunshine.

Bring on the sunshine, send all of the rain to Va.. and let them enjoy and watch their gardens grow. Welcome home soldier so happy you are back and will be a party, party with your family. Sorry I didn't get to read this morning. Thanks ever so much for the shout out for my soldier boy. He will first have to go to home base in Hawaii and then will have leave and come here to Texas in August and you can be sure there will be a huge sign made and we will be at the gate to welcome him with arms wide open and STOMPING for sure!

News of a fallen soldier:
Jacob Dennis received major head injuries from a mortar in Afghanistan and was being flown to Germany while on life support. His parents were flying to Germany to be with him.
Yesterday, his family all traveled to Germany, arriving late last night. The news was not good and Jacob was taken off life support a few hours after their arrival. He had recently married, and his wife was already there with him. He would have turned 22 in 11 days and only had 2 1/2 weeks until he returned stateside. Please remember this family, especially in the next few days. They are a family of very strong faith but none the less, there are many broken hearts in this family and community today.

Enjoy your beloved family. Love, laugh, shout, and stomp!
