Let's Super size IT today!
Get it going on this morning, see it all ~ Do it all ~
BE IT ALL

Whew... Disney, check! Memories, fantastical!
Run, do, be, see, DOUBLE CHECK

Coffee ummm good.
Saturday, oh sweet Saturday, the week is flying too quickly in my way of thinking. Seems just a heart beat ago they ran off the plane with smiles, hugs that just were awesome to feel. My boys are sure growing fast. Like weeds they are... just yesterday they had little sweet feet! Can't say that anymore, nope not little and definitely not sweet to the smell! LOL
But... they are very very funny!
True comedians they are ...
at least they think so even when we don't!

So... and how are you going to choose to
"super size your Saturday"
What magic is up your sleeve for having an awesome day?

OK, so I am going to give you 10 tips to super size your day today!
Ready?
1. Stretch your mind and your body first.
2. Think outside your comfort zone of what you would like to do TODAY for YOU (been para sailing lately)
3. Eat breakfast
4. Laugh out loud, listen to the sound of your laughter... Watch a You tube of Ellen DeGeneres dancing that oughta work! Notice how your body feels with the laughter, notice how your face feels, notice and pay attention to how YOU feel while and after laughing
5. MOVE, that's right move into your day with gratitude. Make a plan right now to "super size" the day and go and do it!
6. Live in the "MOMENT" ... the housework/chores will still be there tomorrow! What's a little dust anyway? Go on... go and be a kid today!
7. Tonight? Let your imagination run wild... Space out; relax, unwind, take a bubble bath, go to a far away land in your imagination; slay a few dragons if you like, be a movie star...
8. Let it Go: get upset? Someone pee in your Cheerios? Let it Go!!! What difference is it going to make by 3pm, by tomorrow? Set yourself free... Don't sweat the small stuff and it is all small stuff!
9. Pay it Forward: practice random acts of kindness while you are out there super sizing your day today! Smile at people, hold the door for someone (not just the old folks), buy someone a coke behind you in line
10. PLAY SOME GREAT ENERGETIC MUSIC AND DANCE YOUR WAY INTO THIS DAY...

So there ya go... a Saturday super-sized just for and about YOU... It's impact strong, it's message clear, it's going to be a great day for you and for us here in my home!
Getting ready to crank up some RAP music and wake the whole house up... Now that will be FUNNY!
"Cant touch this" oughta do just fine, then I am going to lock myself in the bathroom for safety reasons!
LOL

My husband of 40 almost 41 years will be 61 on Monday so I asked him what he wanted to do to mark the day. Well, he has to work Monday so he said he wanted to celebrate on Sunday. He wants to cook TBones on his new Weber grill that he got for Fathers Day. He's so funny. Just a common man with a simple plan. Gonna have daughter, her husband and my two grandsons over along with son who lives with us and we're gonna watch the World Cup and make some memories. Of course soldier boy in Iraq will call and we'll have a great visit with him. I just baked a Texas chocolate sheet cake for the BD Boy and he's out doing the lawn now. Gonna put some corn on the cob on the grill along with some Zuchinni. Yummo! Glad you are making all those precious memories yourself and Andrea, enjoy the ride!
