Wishing you Joy today~

The Winged Ones
Celebrate
Sunset at
Marco Island

Bright blessings to all
on
This Sunday morning!
"Participate joyfully in the sorrows of the world. We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in joy." Joseph Campbell

That is the thought for this day:
JOYFUL living
Living in joy
is a choice
available to all.
During times of great sorrow, great sadness,
times of uncertainty,
times of stress.
YOU
are a winner
a
remarkable
physical manifestation
of
the God/dess, Creator
within
there is no distance
and
YOU
have the power
within
YOU
to choose
to
change your focus
and
change your "state"
and
choose
to embrace the
JOY
"click/BAM"
just like that!
AND
yes, it takes practice, it takes
doing again and again
until it becomes "familiar" to your
system
a part of your natural "state"
of being
until
it
IS
and
it takes an
ATTITDUE OF CONTINUAL GRATITUDE

YOU are worth it
Life is yours to cherish
to honor
with each heartbeat
with
each breath

A stunning picture on Sunday's blog. Many many birds in flight over the water. Just beautiful. BAM : I am joyous ! Sun peeking thru, chill in the morning air, but we will once again feel the warmth in an hour or so.
I am blessed to be part of this page. Wishing all a great sunday filled with many good things
My visitor gone home, quiet once again in the house. Back into the routine of party for one.

Good bright Sunday Morning. Todays blog brings back so many memories seeing the birds flying in the air and so many of them. I remember taking a little girl to Ocean City, Md. and feeding the birds and they would swoop down all around us. We would run in the wind and laugh and throw the bread to the birds as they would follow us down the beach. Memories, sweet memories what would we do without them? Create more, laugh, love and be happy. Blessings to all.

Good morning to all..it sure is a pretty day today. I had to do some major attitude adjustments these past few years but with Dr SES prodding me along I think I finally 'got' it. I am so very grateful for all the new friends that I have come to know and care for very deeply. Including the Doc herself and her circle of friends and family. life is sweet indeed.Instead of saying that if God hands you a lemon, make lemonade and enjoy--I think my new slogan should be 'accent the positive and eliminate the negative' I guess it says the same thing but this is the new updated version. Well anyway, have a great Sunday-I think I'm going to drink in some beauty courtesy of Mother Earth. 'talk' to ya soon...
p.s. as I sit here writing this, there is a hawk, a turtle and a squirrel in the backyard but the cat is desperate to get at them all. She is pushing against the screen so bad I will have to close the window.! WOW! what a sight!

Thanks to all who lifted me up yesterday. I made it through and today the JOY is alive in my soul. My son who's been living with us for the past 1 1/2 year moved the last of his things out of our home today and is now living in his own place. God is good. We went to a powerful worship service this morning and got our souls fed real good. The music was inspiring along with the word. Ready to STOMP through the week ahead and pray a job opens up for me really soon. So glad to have you here Jan. Keep commenting. Love to read what everyone has to contribute.
