STRESS???

STRESS BUSTERS
PATCHES & JEEPERS
Yeppers, they'll fight stress most days!

STRESS: a physical emotional spiritual psychological cognitive experience(s) that causes bodily and/or mental tnesion/tensions/tsnzieons that tends to affect/infect the equilibrium in the best of folks work/worlds and the people who are exposed to same ~ {Now how's that for a mouthful on a Saturday morning}

GOOD MORNING TO MEEEE ~

Some points to ponder as I try to get myself on the road for the CITRUS FESTIVAL OF PALM HARBOR THIS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL MORNING . . .

* Stress is a fact of life ~ BUT it does not have to be a way of life

*Stressed spelled backwards = D E S S E R T S {yippee}

OK, ready?  Let stretch... right here RIGHT NOW !!!!

sit up straight... here we gooooo ~

B R E A T H E .... IN ... 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9  GOOOOOD~

E X H A L E SLOWLY............................. AWWWW

DO IT AGAIN WITH ARMS RAISED IN THE AIR, TOUCH THE CEILING THIS TIME READY.... SAY, YES!!!!

B R E A   T   H EEEEEEEEEEEEEE IN

E     X         H     A          L             E

Great job, now with your feet, arch them back til you feel it ... raise those toes from the ground, c'mon you can do it.... raise those toes this mornin!!!!

WORDS ARE POWERFUL, intention awesome,

Stress can be managed . . . the first step is to be aware of the things that cause stress and the way you feel when you are stressed! Try to identify the things that are making you feel tense, irritable, tearful in pain or tired... listen carefully to your body! It may be trying to tell you something ~ headaches, stomach upset, clenched teeth, neck pain, cold clammy hands, non-specific aches and pains, lethargy, melancholia, grief, anger, tears, chest pain, fever, chronic flu's/cold, weakened immune system, depression, always tired.... all of these and believe it or not even more .... signs and symptoms of STRESS!!!!

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO STRESS!~!!! Good things happening STRESS!!! MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE A NEW RELATIONSHIP ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~STRESS

Getting ready to face a double mastectomy, "leaving the girls in New York ============ STRESS

Sometimes you may need to just "sit with it" Sometimes you need to ask for help from others, help from the spirit guides... Maybe before you go to bed you need to think about what you need, think about your choices, your attitude .... think about how YOU WANT TO APPROACH WHAT IS MAKING YOU FEEL STRESS.
It just may be that the answer comes during those sleeping hours; it just may be that you awake with a positive attitude, a new way of approaching the day,
YOU MAY JUST WAKE UP AND FEET HIT THE FLOOR, SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND SAY:
"YES"
I AM TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED

sO, EXPECT A MIRACLE TODAY!
bE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE ~
Celebrate you today~

Relax Stress: Shrugging is a great stress reducer! When you feel that stress tightening you up, just go with it, and then SHRUG! Breath slow and easy breaths while concentrating with each breath, each exhale ~ Sit quietly for a moment, raise your shoulders up toward the sky, bring up to your ears ~ hold them there for 4 seconds and then drop em! Yep just drop those shoulders like they are hot potatoes.

Then... roll your shoulders inward... slow and easy, concentrating on how wonderful YOU are and releasing any and all tension.

NOW ISN'T THAT GREAT!

OK, go and have yourself the best Saturday you can remember having!

AND... if you happen to be in Palm Harbor or surrounding areas... C'mon to the Citrus Festival! Meet the great peeps of the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, eat at those awesome restaurants and of course... come and meet me and COB!

Wherever you are, whatever you are up to today... Make it a day to remember!

Keeping the fires hot, keeping the embers burning and sending tender thoughts across the wind ~ ~ ~

Chris, give em hell in NY kiddo ~

Stress? STRESS? STRESS, What is that? An old and very dearly departed friend always said he lived in the "NO PRESSURE ZONE". Would that we all could share that space. Had a beautiful week until the whole thing headed south on a freight train of stress yesterday, Spun my head in circles. Still reeling. Maybe today I will just walk backwards to aviod facing this stress head on, Well, a bad idea is better than no idea.
Enjoy the festival all.

NO STRESS today, it's the CITRUS FESTIVAL
Leaving the week's stress behind, going to meet COB / DR SES and other Palm Harbor folks.
Sun today, smiles, blessings.
B R E A T H E ............
Ricky, I know you are flying with the angels.
As you are laid to rest today, may strength be
with us all...... SPRING into spring, FIRM

did the DYS and then said good morning to the sun & all my friends and family all over who are with me in spirit. Did you hear it? I hope the festival is a huge success with lots of books sold. I too have been doing my part, handed out almost all the bookmarks to Dr's and nurses here in NY who deal with people all day who have heartaches to heal. I'm sure this brings in some orders. As for stress, spent yesterday watching a bunch of 2 years olds running with complete abandon in a gym. They had the biggest smiles on their face since Tristan's Grandma joined in in the fun. They thought it was great! The glee was infectious.! The best stress buster I have found so far! HAPPY SATURDAY ALL

Perhaps, we can join together at 1:32 EDT today, the time of the Vernal Equinox, and unite in prayer for those who have asked and "those who have not asked."
Besides taxes and death, nature is a common denominator.
Breathing techniques are a wonderful way to reduce stress! If you, like me get very very dizzy trying to breathe in all the way to the count of 9, here is a tip I have shared with my students.
Instead of trying to breathe in very deeply, FIRST concentrate on EXHALING very deeply, then your body will just naturally inhale just the right amount.
Hope this tip helps all those who get dizzy and lightheaded very easily.
Hope others will share their tips!

OH....and enjoy the night sky, equinox is not supposed to be this spectacular again till 2023 ......... deep breathing and the night sky is really great!!!!!!!!

Going out to pray for all members while I watch the Moon greet Pleiades.
Hope all are taking the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular Equinox Night Show. Much better than anything on TV.
Blessings to all and I'm over the moon with the show starting.

What is this equinox sky going to look like? Is it the whole sky or am I to look some place special? If it's too late to get the answer I will just twirl around and around until I "get it". Thank for whatever help other readers might offer.

Hope you got it! My neck is a litle sore from starring at the sky. Wasn't it cool to see the Earthshine, the light of the Earth shining down on the moon. There was so much more to see besides the crescent...the craters, the mountains and the lava seas.
Did you see dozens and dozens of sister stars? The 7 brightest of the Pleiades really stood out, they are named after the seven daughters of Atlas.
Hope you twirled around and got it. After resting my neck some, I'm going back out...to watch even more.
The moon is not alone and neither are we.
Intermission over, neck better, back to the show!

Well the truth is that we create most of the stress in our lives. If we would let go & allow things to happen we would have much less stress in our lives. We all try so hard to control everything in our life when truly all we can control is ourselves & our reaction to others. Letting go of control will release more stress then anything else in your life.

Thanks....hugs,

Bill
