THEY CELEBRATED TAMMY ~ I CELEBRATE TODAY ~!

Celebrating Tammy Stansell
at
Fairway Pizza
After the Celebration of Life
Monday
With All who Love
Tammy Stansell
Daughter, Mother, Wife, Friend, Sister,
WARRIOR

Yesterday the church was filled... daughters spoke their words between tears and pride and Tammy's presence was felt . . . Chyna sang her heart out for her Mom, her voice filled the enormous room, and krumpled kleenex were held tight in the fists of many...
Rick took the stage and spoke from his heart; his love for Tammy and his children could be felt by all who was there; again Tammy was in the room along with all of us as he said, "we together did 4 great things, and they are here today" meaning the kids, those sitting right there in the front row... saw a woman afterwards who showed me her krumpled kleeenex... they had turned into a ball the size of a "softball" and she was wondering how she could "preserve it"! I laughed out loud on that one!

Tammy touched many lives, her zest for life, the colors of the rich tapestry that she wove through her short but colorful tapestry ~ she will be missed here on this earth.

At the conclusion of the services all were invited to Fairway Pizza for lunch: the same place where on February 13 a benefit was held! I was there signing copies of Healing Heartaches that day, I got to hear that voice of her daughter sing to Tammy and so many others wearing pink for Breast Cancer Awareness; got to see them send their wishes and prayers to Tammy via webcam that day. Got to send my own as well!

What a grand day that was indeed. How very fitting that this day would end there, a day of repasse of gathering all together to remember Tammy; to join together again at that festive place ~  And they sure did feed their grief; wings, salad, pizza... the food kept coming, coming and coming....

That special "jag" drove up and parked right in front, with brother Preston pulling in on his "bike" right beside it.  Yes, that's the bike I'm sitting on in the picture today and the jag parked right behind it!

Quite classy don't you think?

I'm sure Tammy got a kick out of that to be sure ~

The kids, Rick and most who love her so, have that "deer in the headlight" look at Fairway ~ celebrating her home, but all so very tired and still in a bit of disbelief that this is their reality now... Tammy really on the other-side, dancing in the lights of heaven, this is real ~
This is the final "so long" for all  today... The days ahead will become more difficult as the reality becomes more complex, more real...
I received a message from Tammy not so long ago saying thanks for the book, Healing Heartaches, saying she had read it; had cried a lot, had also laughed alot...

I let all know today I was available if and when they needed me; today they don't know what they will need...
they are lost in a way...

and my heart aches for all ~ Tammy lit a fire for so many, and continues to keep the fire burning with love, but those left behind just don't understand that yet....
Tammy Stansell: YOUR LEGACY LIVES STRONG!~~!~

CELEBRATE THIS DAY!

did YOU breathe in and out... not goin to count for ya today since we all count differently, so just count til you have enough and DO NOT GET DIZZZZZZZY

So my thoughts today?

Live well, Laugh Often, Love Much

I don't take Tylenol for someone else's fever, so if you don't like what I have to say.... it's OK with me ~

Stomp the yard, stomp the patio, stomp the living room...
I will tell you this, it will do you a world of good!
It is fun to touch the inner part of you that most civilized adults have forgotten about ...
we would do well to learn from the children, to give ourselves permission to touch that part of us that is good for our souls, for our physical health ~
that part of us that moves our energies in a positive direction, moving the flow and fluidity of life!
I am continually amazed at the resiliency of the human spirit, in both good and bad ways!

Leave someone at the bottom of the mountain?
There just may come a time that someone chooses to stay at the bottom, and I for one will not stay at the bottom ... so yes, I may just have to leave someone there
if they choose lack of movement, lack of desire and choose not to move up that mountain!
Keep in mind,
I travel with some POWERFUL forces, some powerful folks... and some POWERFUL ANGELS....

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing today,
know that
the fire is burning and the embers are HOT,
sending you healing energies on the soft smoke over the winds and the waters

morning all ; I only know Tammy through this blog, but my heart goes out to all of her family. I know we all "get"the deer in the headlight look. It definately brings back memories of the losses in my life. The feelings of "how can these people just be chit chatting, laughing, eating etc ???? Don't they know my heart is broken"; they do, so to Tammys family, you are in our prayers, and it will get better, the pain will lessen, and one day you will be able to think and speak of Tammy with loving memories, laughter, and pride, without the overwhelming pain I know you are feeling now.

Thoughts and prayers to Tammy's family, blood, chosen, and extended... She is just ] far away. Cry to her, through her, and lift your hearts up to the heavens and she'll be there to hear them all, then smile to her, thank her for the earthly warrior she was, and the angel she will be to all of you!
Chris, stomp quiet, but stomp, you will be fine if you got your game face on...the warrior within. Beat it! Thoughts and prayers are with you. With all the problems "the girls" cause, really makes ya wonder if they are worth it! But YOU ARE! So stay strong! Dance in the rain, and when you can't dance in the rain, at least let the rain dance off your face, that is life in action! Stay strong friend!!

Hey Dr. SES, funny you mention boat, tan, I was talking to some people today about the great accoustics under Tampa Rd bridge! THen how the homeless live there now under that bridge, I'm not sure they could appreciate our accoustics and singing like we do...One of the people that I was talking to said they saw them in the water... swimming...Really??? GATORS! What are they thinking??? I just have to remember we are blessed with a roof over our head, food on the table, friends who would drop anything to help (even with the Dizzy's), plenty of options, material stuff, yadda, yadda...and we DON'T have to swim with the gators to get clean or wet! Safe home COB, it was great to see you! What kind of candy bar was that you wanted??? Speaking of options, you have plenty! You saw the supply!!

Homeless people live under the bridge and around St. Pete College and near St. Ignansius.
I took a homeless person home, let them shower, washed their clothes, and let them eat as much as they wanted. Figured if I do good, I will be safe and protected.
Happy Tuesday Night and looking forward to a Wonderful Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!
